Once I went to lunch with my mother, the hall on the left, where there were always complex lunches, was closed, went into the main one, ordered from the menu, waited for the order for a very long time for 40 minutes, during all this waiting time, the administrator harshly attacked her staff without hesitation in expressions, at first refused to pay 10% for the service, referring on my consumer right and for long waits, as a result, I was late for work, to which the administrator (not the first time, but still came up) began to reproach me that the amount for the service was small, that I waited a little, although the order time was written on the receipt, and that without this amount the waiters did not bring I would have ordered for clients, she also called me an "intriguer", I did not argue for a long time, this is such a service) I do not advise anyone, admin, read the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on consumer rights and about the illegality of 10% of the service
