We were delighted with this place, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean cozy houses, several canteens and cafes nearby, a mini market with everything you need. The kitchen is new, good dishes, always clean. The children were not bored, there was a swing, a trampoline and a swimming pool. It's not far to the sea on foot, the sea is clean. I definitely recommend this place. The hosts are hospitable and very nice people!

I am writing a review a week after my return. We had a great rest, as we chose the absolutely right place for a relaxing holiday.
Cozy houses with all amenities, it's a pleasure to sleep)
a recreation area where there is enough space for everyone and everything you need (kitchen, dishes, refrigerator, even an ice maker)
The sea is magical, transparent always, it takes no more than 6 minutes to walk to it!
Shops and cafes are also within walking distance.
The owners of the Bungalow - Ilona and Irakli are wonderful people, thank you for everything!
We will come here next year!

We rested in the Chaika bungalow for a couple of weeks, we were satisfied with the rest, we did not want to leave. Great houses, blackout curtains when closed - darkness :) cool lounge area sofas, TV, PS4, kitchen, tables. We were lucky, we had cool neighbors, friendly atmosphere, evening gatherings :)
5-7 minutes to the sea, the sea is clean, the beach is awesome, among relict pines.

Well, the tangerine presented by the owners of the bungalow, Irakli and Ilona, has reached Moscow and my story can begin.
Halfway from Moscow to Abkhazia, my family and I wanted to turn around and go back home, because we read a lot about this country on the Internet. But we took a chance… And for good reason!!!
Delight and an irresistible desire to return do not let us go! Of course, this would not have happened if we had not stayed at the Chaika bungalow!
Cleanliness, comfort, fun and home warmth. There are 10 houses on the territory with everything you need inside from an air conditioner and a refrigerator to a hair dryer (even if something is missing, you will be provided with it, just shhh :)), blackout curtains perfectly saved in the heat and prolonged sleep.
In the shared kitchen, you can cook food, everything is there for this, and in the evenings, indescribable magic happens here: all the residents gather together, communicate and play games, just like in the good old days. If you want to be alone, you can sit on the veranda near the house, there are chairs and a table.
An iron with a board, a washing machine, a refrigerator, gas and electric stoves - everything is there. On-site parking, wi-fi, even mosquito repellents and a first aid kit 👌🏻
Barbecue area, badminton/volleyball net, swimming pool. Irakli, we will bring a basketball ring 😁
Shops and a pharmacy are a 2-minute walk away, and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. The sea and the beach are clean. Cafes and canteens to choose from.
Even before we left, we realized that we wanted to return, so we plan to be back in Chaika in October 🌊

Good hosts. Not far from the sea, a cafe, a market is also nearby. The sea is clear, pebbles. The sandy beach is also nearby , 15 minutes on foot .
