We visited this cafe last year. I really liked the live music, respect for the DJ. But the service is at a solid zero. The waitress, referring to the fact that she was ill, asked to pay off early. Then we went out onto the dance floor and our table was quickly cleaned, new visitors were seated. The fact that the order remained almost untouched on the table, the drinks poured into glasses and glasses did not bother anyone. The owner didn't want to figure it out much, so we left everything. The evening was completely ruined. A little later, the owner still tried to fix the situation, but the good mood could not be returned. The waiters and the manager did everything possible to discourage the desire to visit this cafe.

The place is beautiful, we were in the evening, but in the afternoon it was probably especially atmospheric-on the shore of a fountain with fish. A wonderful and atmospheric place by the sea, the music in the cafe is right in the mood, the food is very tasty, the people are hospitable! I had a rest in the summer of 2022 and I will come back, yet Gagra is a paradise. I decided to visit the Boom cafe there, the prices by the way are very acceptable, as a tourist I answer! By the way, the signature drink is Boom, it's a blast, as I understand it, this is the "trick " of this cafe and also serving with humor. I recommend it, guys!!!

It's good that you asked about the weight of the dish (otherwise it would have been a surprise). Next, there is a "boiling water" item in the menu. It costs 50 rubles. It is assumed that you can have tea or a bag of coffee with you and you will dilute it in it. But...we asked for 2, they brought us 1. When I asked for the second one, the waitress said that "the kettle has just been put on and boiling water will be in an hour and a half." Boiling water!!! The fish was unsalted, and the promised vegetables were tomatoes and onions...Well, okay, there's something wrong with vegetables. But the cherry on the cake was that we literally vomited from this fish when we returned to the room. It was too much. Just a spoiled mood and harm to health...

Our order was accepted an hour later, and then, until the waitress was literally led by the hand to our table. After 30 minutes. they brought us lemonade, they told us about the main dishes they didn't know how long to wait, 30-40 minutes, after another 40 minutes they brought us the wrong order, and then our nerves broke down. They paid for the lemonade and left. The waitress made a scandal, curses rained down on us, began to cling to our nationality, accused us that we ate the whole order and did not want to pay, we barely got rid of her, thanks to the owner Stepan. I don't recommend this cafe, it's a pity to give them even one star.

The service upset me the most. The waiters deliberately ignore the visitors, although they have no work at all - they walk around with their hands, like sales consultants in an empty hall. They openly lie when asked about the waiting time. When we were there, two other tables made a scandal because of the long wait. At the same time, the institution was at most a third full. As a result, you don't even want to swear, because it will only prolong the time spent in the cafe.
I strongly recommend avoiding the Boom cafe. In Abkhazia, the service is often lame, but here it crosses all the boundaries of laziness and indifference.
