Cosmonauts Boulevard is one of the iconic and historically significant streets of the city of Zhezkazgan in Kazakhstan. It got its name in honor of the cosmonauts, as Zhezkazgan is located near the landing area of spacecraft returning from the International Space Station. Russian cosmonauts and NASA astronauts, including world-famous space heroes, traditionally land in these steppes.
The boulevard stretches through the central part of the city and is a well-maintained pedestrian zone with alleys, benches and greenery. It is often possible to meet walking citizens, families with children and youth. Administrative buildings, shops, cafes and cultural facilities are located along the boulevard.
Commemorative signs, sculptures and a stele in honor of astronauts give a special atmosphere. This place not only decorates the city, but also reminds of Kazakhstan's contribution to the development of world cosmonautics.

Hello, Everyone, this year the boulevard is more beautiful, you can sit on a bench to relax and chat. And children enjoy roller skating, scooters, lots of greenery and the boulevard has been transformed for the better!
