My favorite hotel in the center of Yerevan, i love staying here very much, the stuff are so nice qnd helpfull, the breakfast is delicious. Location is 10 out of 10, very close to all fakous cafes and restorans, Repuplic Squer is for 7minutes far from the hotel, in front of the Hotel there is small park, when you can have a rest, As you can see i can talk about the Boulevard hotel very long, you should go amd try everything yourself.

Great location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. The room was also very clean and spacious. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We asked the hotel to organize a tour guide before we arrived in Yerevan, and it turned out to be the best choice. He was incredibly professional and friendly.

We are glad that we have chosen the Boulevard Hotel to meet the whole family. Convenient location (actually the historical center), a lot of interesting sights within walking distance, the necessary shops, cafes and restaurants, service services are all within walking distance. The room stock corresponds to the photo and the declared characteristics. The professionalism of the staff pleases and makes your stay at the hotel very comfortable. Special thanks for the breakfasts. Cook Narine is just a magician. It feeds guests with any gastronomic requirements: dietary, PP, vegetarian, regular and continental, porridge is mandatory. All the food is fresh, very tasty and beautiful, homemade, but with a restaurant twist. There are dishes of Armenian cuisine. I would like to at least try everything. Narine herself comes out to the guests, she will be happy to tell them about the secrets of cooked dishes, if the guests want, then she can hold a master class. Cook Narine said that the secret of delicious food is when you cook everything with love and for people. Breakfast at the Boulevard Hotel is a point of attraction, a charge of cheerfulness and positivity for the whole day. Thanks to Narina and her team. Wonderful hotel!
A small number of rooms (and visitors are out of season), very cozy, warm, homely. Attentive and friendly staff, they will always help, tell you where to go, where is the best store, exchanger, which excursions to choose (we ordered directly at the hotel - I liked it).
Very good breakfasts, high-quality, homemade food (omelets, potatoes or rice, pasta, sausages, cheese and cold cuts, salads, porridge...). Satisfying, varied.
Excellent coffee and delicious, always fresh pastries (eclairs with custard, cupcakes - a fairy tale!)
The rooms have everything you need: a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle and a set of tea and coffee, bathrobes, a hairdryer, an iron, etc.
A very pleasant hotel with a convenient location.

At the reception , Arthur is just a guru in his field, the very charm and intelligence of an Armenian , competent speech and professional ethics , beautiful Diana with velvety eyes and the sweetest smile ,
This is the most friendly team of the hotel that I have ever seen.
Fairies of purity, kind adult women who will always find a kind word for you and smile at you like loving relatives smile at a long-awaited guest!
Delicious breakfasts, location in the park area, and of course this is the Center of Yerevan !!!
On foot, 3-4 minutes and you are on the square!

A delightful hotel that exceeded all our expectations: new, with a restrained design, spacious room, equipped with everything we need, which we are used to seeing in hotels not of this level, but of the 5* level. Quiet, good sound insulation, beautiful view from the Windows, located in the city center. We chose it randomly from what was available for overnight stays between flights from Vienna to Moscow, and I want to say that the price-quality ratio here is above all praise. From now on, we will only be hosted here. Armenian hospitality at its best is restrained and caring: starting with the reception staff and ending with the thoughtfulness and comfort of the room. It's a lovely hotel, with a homely setting. Super location, in the very historical center, Republic Square is 5 minutes away, and the Opera and Ballet Theater is 10 minutes away. We stayed from January 4 to January 10, in an improved double room. The room is large with three balconies, one classic and two "French". Good homemade breakfasts, everything you need is there. The staff deserves the highest praise and the employees are Arthur, Diana, Narine and the cleaners at breakfast. We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay, especially considering the optimal price-quality ratio.

A wonderful hotel in the very center, a room with a huge terrace, it's a pity that it's winter, not to sit. Everything is clean, cozy, and comfortable. Breakfasts are a separate topic, the beautiful woman Narine cooked as for a wedding, everything is VERY tasty, she told everything, made coffee, made an omelet, baked a cake, screwed up a dolma, some kind of miracle. A wonderful hotel! The staff is good, they will be able to tell you, and if you have not yet had time to exchange money, then they will settle you and wait. The rooms themselves are great - lots of space, a good TV and refrigerator (but it's small, it may not hold all the food), soft beds. The location is great! There is a large square with restaurants nearby, there are gaming clubs nearby, and the hotel itself is in the center (a few minutes to Republic Square). The breakfasts are delicious, buffet style. If you need scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs or anything else that you need to cook yourself, then the cook can make it for you. There is free and fast Wi-fi. In a word, I recommend it!

Cons: dark rooms, very little light, old towels, santenica too, sound insulation is disgusting: the noise of cars with loud music under the windows, at night the incoming tenants closed the door in their room with such noise that you wake up and think that someone broke into your room. The shower room was poorly cleaned in my room, someone's hair was left on the wall, the thick blankets look tired and cause a feeling of disgust. Breakfasts are also for 3, although a very pretty woman diligently prepares them and tries to please in everything. The hotel is at best 3*

We were in February 2024. The hotel is excellent, all the iconic places are nearby, Mashtots Avenue with public transport is also a stone's throw away. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help. There are bathrobes, slippers, and a kettle. The water is replenished every day. The breakfasts are very tasty, all the products are of high quality, there is enough of everything.
The rooms are spacious.
A small minus is a leaky hose in the shower.

Nice little hotel with excellent location. Everything is nearby. The room is nice and not small with 3 balconies. Everything is fine, but of course the mattresses are very hard. The room was a double room with two single beds, they are 80 cm wide. I haven't seen them for a long time, but they'll do for a few days. The breakfasts are delicious, and fresh pastries are served every day. The bathroom and plumbing are in good condition, clean, no foreign odors. The reception staff speaks Russian, and the guys are helpful.

Good afternoon! I couldn't leave a review on Booking, although I really wanted to) so here!
The hotel is well located, good rooms, responsive staff, price/quality ratio - perfect!
Separately, I want to express my gratitude to the young man who worked at the reception yesterday, October 6, and whose name, unfortunately, I do not know! He helped me and my son solve the problem with a taxi to the airport when there was a traffic collapse in the city! But most importantly, he did not let me get hysterical with his calm and confident behavior (although I was very close), solved the problem, and we managed to catch the flight!!!
Thank you very much!
PS My first review anywhere, but we should be able to be grateful!

The hotel has several advantages: 1 is the center, 2 breakfasts. That's it! Now the cons: the audibility in the rooms is very strong, people coming to the rooms at night do not understand that they need to reduce the sound of their voice! The reception does not care about the guests at all, the lady sitting at our departure silently took the room key and continued to look at the computer monitor. Now it's hot outside, the window can't be opened, because the street is busy, the air conditioner doesn't work, because they turn it on in May. It was +31 in the room at night! And of course there is a problem with parking, but the center says it all. The only employee who is always ready to help is the man at the reception (he will carry the suitcase and help park the car, hello to him!) I'm not coming back to you!

I can't leave a review on the booking. I'll write it here.
When booking, it was important that there was parking at the hotel. I'm driving a car, and I won't risk leaving my car on the roadway anyway. The hotel noted that there is parking. So - this is a shared parking lot on a very narrow street. There were no seats - this is the center. When booking, I indicated that I needed a place, they answered me verbatim: okay, we'll do everything. When I arrived, there were no seats. I was offered to just wait for someone to leave.
Squeezing between the wheelbarrows with a distance of 20-30 cm, she went to get registered.
As a result, the room is facing the wall, cold. At first I thought the window was open-I could just hear everything outside. But no. The windows are closed. The bed is uncomfortable.
As a result, I canceled my reservation and went to another hotel, losing an hour and a half. Of course, I was charged for a day, but well, this is the price of making a mistake for a few days.

It's a disgusting place. There are few staff, and the attitude towards the guests is bad. There is no way to get through to the reception, and you may have to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to it. The worst place in Armenia! They promised to reduce the price for the inconvenience, but the shift at the reception changed and the price was not reduced. I think that I was deceived and offended. I advise everyone to look for another place, not a foot here anymore!
