Delicious coffee and tea are always brewed consistently, especially author's, a large selection of pastries, there is a kitchen, so you will not stay hungry :) all the staff is very polite and pleasant, the service is fast, the food is delicious.

I constantly come across Valeria's employee, which is incredibly pleasing, as I am always amazed by her seriousness: she knows about each product and can tell about its composition and features. The atmosphere in the store is always pleasant, and the staff themselves greet guests with a smile, which lifts the mood from the threshold.
On March 8th, it was incredibly pleasant to receive a postcard along with the order. As a result, I am always very satisfied not only with the quality of the products, but also with the excellent service.

We went to your cafe, got coffee and honey bottles. The coffee is fine, but the honey cake is just a stone. So hard that it was impossible to eat it. We approached the receptionist, a girl who, apparently, is either too young or completely unable to work with guests.
She looked at us with an appraising look, as if we had come to ask for something supernatural, spread her hands and muttered something unintelligible to herself. No solution was offered, no desire to help, just nothing. The impression is extremely unpleasant. If the administration is not even trying to solve the problems of the guests, then why this administrator at all?
We are very disappointed.

You order tea with a croissant with chocolate and coconut.
I paid for it and sat down at a table. They bring tea, I ask about a croissant, in response: "did you have something else?"
The employee returned 1 minute later and reported that, as it turned out, there was no croissant with chocolate and coconut ...
They told me to approach the administrator to resolve the issue. It is not difficult to get up, but when there is exactly 1 visitor and 5 employees in the coffee shop at this time, you can pay attention to that very one.
Unfortunately, I have already started drinking tea (ginger tea is about nothing - as if the syrup was poured with water and a spoonful of honey was added - money is wasted), so I returned the money only for the croissant.
It's a pity, because I've never encountered this in other Buns.
