A good coffee shop with nuances. I'll start with a good one: There is a very tasty casserole, classic croissants, oatmeal porridge from breakfast. I want to highlight the carrot cake separately! An incomparable cake. Good bread, you can get it at a discount in the evening. A huge plus: decaf grain is available! The hall and the restroom are always clean.
Of the cons:
• there is no choice of the volume of drinks
• cocoa is made poorly, with large lumps (however, if you ask to follow this when ordering, they make a good one)
• flies!!! The hall is filled with flies all summer and autumn!
To sum up, this is one of the best coffee shops in the lighthouse. There is always everything you need here, they serve you quickly. You can have breakfast, lunch, and eat a good dessert. There are a lot of people, especially at peak times. The coffee shop is located in an accessible location, has a wonderful view of the sunset side. In summer, we saw off sunsets on the Buns veranda. The coffee shop is worthy of its cool location and its number of customers! The staff is working hard, trying.

The bakery cafe is located next to the National Library of Belarus. Pleasant interior, a variety of pastries and bread, coffee and other drinks. But the service obviously let me down, the girls are not very polite and efficient, they clean the hall badly, you can't wait, they talk through their teeth, they don't answer at all, they just keep silent, the first time I've come across this, they may of course be forbidden to communicate with visitors, but the area itself is very beautiful and expensive and such an unresponsive service. It's amazing.

We were with friends in Minsk at the weekend. We visited this cafe. I found it in Yandex Maps and I liked it.
We really liked everything: eggs Benedict- one serving is enough for two. Porridge with milk and butter is very tasty. I liked Napoleon too. We ate too much. They also bought cakes for the children, like popsicles, and brought them as a gift. We really liked the cafe, we will come with our family, we will go again.

Overall, it's not bad. But, the service suffers a lot. It all depends on the level of the staff. Apparently there is a huge turnover, constantly new girls. There is either no training at all or very little. Elementary things are not understood and not done. If there are no experienced people in the shift, write it is gone. They're stupid at the checkout, they don't bring it at random.

I live in the lighthouse, but I go to Buns from time to time, despite the abundance of bakeries and coffee shops nearby.
I like the assortment, the freshness of the pastries and the establishment itself as a whole. Indeed, from time to time, the service is lame in terms of speed, but the staff tries very hard and works clearly within the framework of a large flow of visitors. They are always polite and courteous, double-checking your order.

Napoleon is here...... the best in the last 10-20 years, I'm coming back for him, and my parents really liked it - I'm taking him on a visit :) ears with butter.... Crispy , very tasty . As a result, it turns out that they simply forgot about him. And this is not the first time. Some people, despite the good pastries, will simply prefer another place with good service.

There are questions about the service: the long wait for the order and the orders are often confused by the staff (if you eat on the spot). Breakfasts on the photo from the website and social networks and in the institution are different things, both externally and to taste - for three. I have been to this place many times, most likely I will go for coffee / desserts because of the good location, but no more.

Regarding the price tag: in my opinion, it is too high for some dessert items. But you can find goodies for different budgets. I'm sure I'll come back to try something new🤗

The wait for the pancakes was a little more than 30 minutes (probably it would have been possible to warn about the time, right?), but then, when they were ready, they stood in the order issuance window for 5 more minutes. We sat opposite and watched .. from what time does the employee still bother to bring them to the table. It is unclear why three people work? To pass by repeatedly and not notice that the dish is ready? You need to be engaged in guests, and not in laying out goods or chatting with each other at the checkout.

The Kiev cake seemed to me as strange as possible, covered with chocolate icing with nuts. The price tag is standard for Minsk. The staff is polite and pleasant.
