The worst service I've ever seen, I ordered delivery in 3 days, no one contacted me, I'm calling today to clarify the delivery and they tell me "it's okay to pick up the phone and then talk, let's all be busy," I wrote in messages and exactly the same attitude, and at the same time they said that the delivery was even They won't, and they haven't even apologized once, but absolutely everyone I've talked to is being rude.

We ordered bouquets, there are no questions about flowers, but the attitude, of course, leaves much to be desired. Initially, the order was lost, but everything was made out by phone - okay. There are no couriers of your own, you transfer money to someone who is unclear, despite the fact that delivery costs when you receive cash. On top of everything else, the courier was unhappy that the phone was not picked up, and only a minute had passed since the call. And to top it off, the site owner himself yelled, yelled exactly why no one was picking up the phone. So order from such a "polite" store. It would be better to make your own delivery, and not order couriers on the side, someday they will remain without money. Yes, and about non-cash payment, only to a card to an individual, which is not allowed to a legal entity at all!

Заказали розы, на фото шикарное оформление и цветы, а в жизни... В качестве комплимента предложили добавить веточки! И да , это спасло ситуацию,было хотябы живее,если бы они привезли свои розы 12 шт это был бы треш ,бедный букетик, да еще скочем обмотали все и собрали как-то по "студенчиски "! Вообщем, спасибо ,что хоть привезли ,за 50р думаю можно было хотябы оккуратно и немного любви к своему делу. Дома переделала, стало немного лучше, с таким успехом можно в флористы ! Как парикмахер,за 50р нужно потрудиться и отдать всю себя,объяснить,что человек - прекрасен! Здесь я любви не увидела к своему делу и клиентам! Обучайте своих людей!Столко жалоб... Муж заказал просто так, мы - посмеялись! Если бы заказали на подарок ,посмеялись - над нами! Веточкам 2 бала, они реально спасли все!
