The bed won't be made. By the way, they won't take out the garbage either. Three-course breakfasts. The loft style is extremely deceptive, it allows you not to dust the corners. It's like she's not visible. If you live for more than three days, then all this is annoying. The hood is not coping. The windows do not open for ventilation, or suffocate or catch a cold. At the same time, the staff is extremely polite, but to no avail.

On my next trip to Bishkek, I will choose this hotel again. Convenient location, everything is new inside, the breakfasts have been finalized and they are quite plentiful. There are disadvantages with the lighting of the rooms, the shower gig did not work. One wish to the owner is to remove the sign about shoe covers and remove the expensive carpet at the entrance from the hide, this is for the house, not for a place with high traffic. In total, it is one of the best non-chain hotels I have stayed in recently.

This is a great hotel. There's no other way to say it. Atmospheric, loft-style. The sound insulation is super. The bathroom is beautiful, the shower did not disappoint, very good, sometimes there were interruptions with water, but it was literally 10 minutes. The door in the shower cabin did not close tightly, which is a minus. Everything else is fine. One moment, guys, check the station with the kettle, there is nowhere to connect it when it is on the table. I had to take out the kettle and plug it into an outlet at the bedside table.

We stayed at this hotel from 11.07 to 13.07 2024, and from 21.07 to 23.07 2024. From 11.07 to 13.07, the window in the room was broken, it did not close at all, they promised to fix it for 2 days, they never fixed it, the window was always open. Plus, the WiFi stopped working on the second day, and the situation was not fixed at the time of departure. The manager promised to make a discount at the next check-in. We arrived on 07/21/2024 at the reception they reminded us about the discount, but the administrator was not aware, and the manager was on vacation and it was impossible to call her. He offered to pay the full cost, and said that the next day there would be a senior administrator, he would help with this issue, but he did not want to call him upon check-in. Finally, we met with the senior administrator (by the way, he was present at the eviction and heard about the discount for the next check-in, and they also gave him an application for window repair for the first time) and he replied that since we had already paid, it would not be possible to make a discount (the payment has already passed and there is a receipt), to which we told him, that they asked the administrator to contact someone and clarify this issue. I offered him an alternative, to make us a late check-out (they check out at 12:00) at 14:00. To which he said he would clarify and come up. As a result, he decided to check out at 13:30, he will try to do it at 14:00. To do this, I had to contact the following guests to clarify the time of their check-in. Day X (eviction) came, I went to check with the administrator (who was at the check-in and did not make a discount) whether he was warned about a late check-out, to which he replied that the check-out was on the base at 13:00. When I said that we were promised 13:30 or maybe even at 14:00, I could not answer anything, when asked to contact the senior administrator who promised, he replied that he was asleep. There is not enough light in the rooms, it is very dark. The air conditioner blows in waves (the filter is clogged) The hood in the toilet does not work. At the same time, everyone is polite, smiling, promising, but doing nothing. Next time I will choose a different hotel
