The hotel is good. You can eat. There is a restaurant on the street. It's all good. Many famous people came to the BUG hotel. Everything is fine. I'll give you 5 stars. The rooms are very cool. You can relax with your family.

The hotel is very well located in the city center, the railway station is 2.5 kilometers away from the Brest fortress, and there is a park nearby where you can walk.
Well, that's all that can be put on the plus side if you come to this hotel for a day or two, then you can be patient if you come longer, then I do not advise.

The food is good, the service is friendly, the staff is friendly. Breakfasts: solid 4. The location is super. There is no shoe spoon in the rooms, soap does not wash well, there is no shelf for bath accessories in the shower cabin, the shower cabin is leaking. I fixed it myself. The room is cold, the air conditioner could not be adjusted. There is no kettle in the room.

The interior is beautiful, the girls at the reception are pleasant and polite. The rooms are comfortable. The restaurant is also on the level. I took off the star for the noise before 23 o'clock in the restaurant, there was some kind of holiday, and the music was screaming at the whole hotel.

I liked the hotel, it is very convenient, close to the railway station and bus station, a park, you can also walk to the Brest fortress, pedestrian streets are nearby.The staff is very friendly, cleaning every day. The hotel itself is pleasant, I liked the interior.The hotel has a Vysotsky Museum.We had apartments, they are just huge and look great.Bath,bidet, shower stall.
Be careful, the spa and pool may be indicated when booking, in fact it is located elsewhere, it takes about 20 minutes to walk.
But the spa itself is very good, except for the small changing rooms.
What I didn't like was the breakfasts,they leave much to be desired,except for sliced cheese and sausage of good quality, vegetables,porridge of 1 type,omelette,everything is very small and tasteless.
On the last day of our stay, a group apparently passed in front of us (the administrator warned us that there would be a group), but the kitchen should understand that the rest of the guests would still come, the plates were empty at all, the guests came and looked at the emptiness in disbelief, as a result they cut us sausages and cheese.
We regretted breakfast, we could have gone to a cafe in the morning or eaten in the room.Since the apartment has a refrigerator and a microwave.
I put a solid 4.
The kitchen and food need to be improved.

A normal hotel. Clean, neat. Breakfast is a buffet with a normal choice: tea, coffee, fruit drinks, salads, sausages, cheeses, desserts, etc. I took the Family Comfort room. The lock in the room is an ordinary key. The room is good. Of the cons: there are no slippers and shelves in the bathroom. There is also no iron in the room, although there is an ironing board

It's not the first time I've stayed in this place.The location is gorgeous, the city center, easy access to everything.Parking in front of the entrance is large. The rooms are clean and normal.Breakfast is also normal in the morning, except for coffee. It is simply not there, i.e. there is a coffee machine that always does not work, there is not even instant coffee.The waiter is certainly trying to do something, but if one of the ten guests is questioned, then he is lucky.It is especially wonderful when they ask you to come for breakfast after groups from excursions.There is no food or coffee... .I hope this review will be seen by the management because I want to continue staying at your hotel.

We traveled around Belarus. The windows of the room faced the roadway: it was stuffy in the room, the windows could not be opened, there was no air conditioning. I had to pay for a room with windows to the courtyard. At the same time, no additional payment was received, but the new room was fully paid for. It is dishonest on the part of the hotel administration!!
