I ordered the product through the website. The first jamb came out that when I changed the quantity of goods in the basket and clicked continue, it turns out that the quantity of goods has not changed. But come on, you can make a refund. I wrote to the post office. All this happened after the end of the working day. It was in my head that they would dial me tomorrow to clarify the details of the order and everything would be solved. The result is two hours from the beginning of the working day. Not a single call. I start calling myself, I find out that the goods will not be delivered to me today. When asked how I bought it then and ordered delivery on the site, the answer was received that we are not responsible for the site. A refund was requested. They said they would send it, after three hours they require additional data to send, which for some reason they do not immediately know what data is needed. After 30 minutes, a response was received that the money was returned. And then, two hours later, it turns out that they did not return it, additional data is needed for a refund.
