We went to this institution with a friend. There is no special comment to the staff, but the guys communicate emotionlessly and do not greet each other. But there is terrible unsanitary conditions in the kitchen: dirt and dust, a toilet is visible, dishes are washed in a mug. Regarding the drinks: I just took a cappuccino, the cup was covered with a lid, after tasting "something is wrong", I opened it and found that the milk added was sour. My friend took a bubble cappuccino-strawberries - there is no ice, it also tastes sour and insanely sweet, as if nothing but syrups had been added. it was also a very long wait, there was one person in the queue in front of us to place an order, we stood for 10-15 minutes and then waited for our order for 7 minutes. the atmosphere of this place is very dim, I hope the management will take action!!

Finally, it didn't go in. first of all, there is no atmosphere at all, the kitchen looks terrible, you could at least have fenced it off. secondly, the dough is terrible, it would be clarified in the composition that the balls in some drinks are small, it's just disgusting, + the menu is different from the outside and there are no prices at all for some (for example, ice cream). the girl who works there is cool, but in general the staff is kind of tired and unemotional. I would have closed this place if I had the opportunity :)

I am allergic to citrus fruits.
They refuse to change the base, respectively, although the tea makes the taste disgusting, and the employee treats her work as negligently as possible.
