I am serviced both as a legal entity and as an individual.. I'm happy with everything. competent, friendly staff. A small hall.. a maximum of 15 people.. but this is at the peak.. sometimes I'm the only one of the clients who comes in).. If there was a reason, I would come more often..

02/01/2025 14:15 one of the 4 cash desks is open. It will not be possible to exchange currency quickly... There were only 4 people in front of me, when my turn came, 3 more people were transferred out of turn with transfers who came after me... This is the first and last time I've been to this bank on Matusevich. The friendliness and benevolence of the staff is excellent, but when you need to quickly exchange currency, you already need it.
