I very rarely write reviews, but I've never left a Bank branch in such a good mood. Yes, I did not apply for anything extraordinary, but the statements/ certificates, the transfer of cash to the account were all done with a wonderful attitude towards me and with a great mood and without strain!

I opened an account for RKO, good business conditions. The employee is Sofia Sergeena K-ko, very polite and competent. So far, I have not met a single bank in Belarus where they would offer coffee and present a chocolate bar. It's a small thing, but it's nice and customer-oriented. Parking is free for the bank's customers. I recommend it!

The branch is very convenient in terms of service, it often happens that the exchange rate is the best in the city, it's nice that you can top up your balance on another bank's card without paying for the service - just through the cashier if there is a contract in the mobile application. The staff is friendly.
A good department. Highly qualified specialists. In their place, they are literate, they consult in a clear language (I hope that all shifts are the same as the one I got to). The location is convenient. As a minus - check-in under the barrier on Zybitskaya street and free Parking no more than 15 minutes
I liked the bank branch, the staff work quickly. The questions are answered clearly.
If you come to the opening, then it is possible to issue a card on the same day.
Monday, 5 p.m. I've been sitting for half an hour. One window is open, three employees are walking around the department on their own business. At the reception, they discuss their personal life loudly

Yeah, the guys are very selective about currency exchange - only brand new crisp dollars, they refused to exchange ordinary old bills that they took from other banks without problems. God forbid to have an account in such a bank, even if problems arise for such trifles
The registration is fast. Visa cards on 07/06/2022 were only Gold, as the employee reported. It's strange that there are no classics at the beginning of the week. The delivery employee is probably not working well.
I addressed the issue of transfer and withdrawal, everything was explained and sorted out, real professionals in their field, thank you so much for everything 😉👍

A clean and tidy compartment. The responsive female staff answered all the questions in detail and with knowledge.
I have always liked the bank, the service, and the mobile card application, the most intuitive and convenient, but unfortunately when you leave them they are not so friendly anymore!
