This is definitely the best bank in the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation that I have ever met! I have to work with cards from other banks, there is something to compare them with. In addition to the highest level of service in general, every non-standard issue was resolved as loyally as possible for me (humanly, with understanding, taking into account all my requests). In particular, some of the problems from abroad were solved in messengers and by calling from the application. Separately, I would like to mention the staff of the central office (Victoria Evgenievna, Ekaterina Olegovna, Olga Sergeevna and Olga Grigorievna), as well as support staff (Anastasia, Karina and Alexandra)! Best regards to the bank and its employees!!!
