09.11.2022 I visited BrownSugar confectionery store , located at Skryganova 2B. I often take boxes there to make dessert for my loved ones. I bought boxes in the store, and since I often take something from them, I no longer check the order (it is collected in front of you), but this time an old consultant and a new one worked in the store. The order was collected by a new one. Yesterday (11/10/2022) I discovered that the box was inside with some kind of film, not typical for such boxes. When I began to tear it off, it began to be removed with a layer of the box, that is, it is not a protective film or the one in which the box is packed for sale. I was also not given a check, as I gave an even amount in cash, but with the help of a surveillance camera it is very easy to prove the purchase of goods, and it was also confirmed in correspondence. After contacting the store, I receive an answer that I ruined it and that they do not sell this, although they themselves wrote that something was wrong with the manufacturer of the boxes, and they "almost took them out of sale", that is, not to the end! They refused to exchange the box, although they themselves said that they had defective boxes and confirmed in messages that they had defective boxes and were not fully withdrawn from sale. In accordance with Article 28 of the Law, the consumer has the right, within 14 days from the date of transfer of a non-food product of proper quality, to exchange the purchased product for a similar product or return it, with the exception of goods provided for by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus "On measures to implement the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Consumer Rights Protection" dated 06/14/2002 No. 778. Why don't you comply with the law, moreover, communicate with customers in this way? I will never go to your store again, I will not recommend and I will definitely dissuade a person from going to it!!!
