Nice houses. There is a TV, refrigerator, shower room. There is a shared kitchen, it also has everything you need. On the way to the sea there is a great small dining room, not expensive and really tasty.
But I think it's a little expensive, because it's just appendicitis of the village. It's not close to the shops to stomp and carry on yourself afterwards, the market is very far away. Those who drive a car are normal, pedestrians are uncomfortable.

A very pleasant, quiet place. The hosts are hospitable, attentive, and will always help. We rented a house - everything is clean, it works (good linen, clean bathroom, air conditioning). There is a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. 500m from the sea, the beach is wide, there are not many people, the sea is clean. There are many shops, shops, pharmacies and cafes for every taste nearby.

Everything is provided here for a guest house, and even more. You can wash, iron, cook, and relax in the cool (air conditioners are working), TV and Internet...
Very helpful hostess Jeanne and employee Nani (if you are reading this review, I want to thank you again!) - what is missing even in good hotels: all the issues that arise were resolved very quickly.
We were with 2 children, we had enough of everything.
The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot.
The guest house itself is located in the part of Shahumyan Street where there is no main traffic. It is quiet, there is a beautiful cafe on the same part of the street away from the sea.
We liked everything. In terms of price-quality ratio, the best option!
I do prosperity to the owners and keep it that way!
