The staff is helpful, the food is delicious and always fresh, dishes of both Russian and local cuisine, you can order shish kebab and khachapuri, they will cook the freshest and very tasty! By the way, the khachapuri boat is very tasty, it's the tastiest we've ever tasted in Abkhazia) I was very pleased that Arthur is very attentive to his guests! We arrived earlier than the check-in hour (and we weren't the only ones, such guests arrived almost every day) and we were given a room to leave our things and comfortably wait for check-in - it's very valuable! The place is super! We had a rest in May. Shops, cafes and the main sea are within walking distance. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. I liked the hospitality and responsiveness of the owner and his family, they asked about the rest and generally very pleasant people. The pool is super-large and clean. The Asya Hotel is wonderful, clean, and cozy. We have been resting only in it for 2 years.
Great pool, big and clean. Arthur keeps a close eye on the pool.
There is a dining room with a variety of dishes that are very tasty. And the pastries, mmmm..... This is a separate story, thanks to the girls for acquiring extra pounds. There is a kitchen where it is possible to cook by yourself.
There is a place for cars, so the cars are under supervision.
There is a trampoline for children.
There are sunbeds and umbrellas on the territory near the pool.
On the beach, you can buy a sunbed for the whole day for 200 rubles. The sea is a 2-minute walk away.
The entire staff of the hotel are wonderful people who will always help with advice and business.
Once again, we say thank you so much for the rest, for the comfort, for the care.
Anyway, we liked everything and we'll be back.

I'll start with the pros, the location is super, the sea is nearby, there is a swimming pool where it is especially good to spend time in bad weather, the sun beds are good, there are umbrellas for the pool, a refrigerator in the rooms, a conditioner. Of the minuses, there are no mosquitoes on the windows, but there is a fumigator, the bed is huge but the mattress is not very comfortable, well, this is my personal opinion, I made a blanket and it's fine. There is a kitchen for cooking, but unfortunately there was no cleanliness there, but again this is not a minus for the owner, but for guests who do not clean up after themselves, the dishes are all necessary.The staff is responsive, the owner Arthur is always in touch and solves all issues quickly.

A wonderful place for a family holiday with children! Rooms with air conditioning and refrigerators. A gorgeous shower with strong water pressure. There is a swimming pool with very high-quality sun beds and umbrellas. You can cook by yourself, or you can eat in the dining room for a fee. The food is delicious and simple. Turkey for breakfast is the food of the gods! Very beautiful territory: you can admire the grapes sitting on the veranda near your room, all in flowers! 5-10 minutes walk to the sea. We were in August with my son (one year and 8 months old) and my husband. There are still mosquitoes at this time, but there are mosquito nets on the windows in the rooms.

I really enjoyed relaxing in a cozy guest house with a modern interior. Arthur met and delivered to the place of rest, told and showed everything, if there were any questions and requests, he was always in touch and quickly solved them. The maid was seen every day, if necessary, it was possible to apply for room cleaning. You go back to your room, it's clean and fresh. We rested in a room with a balcony, a pleasant view of the courtyard with a swimming pool and the mountains stunning in their beauty😍 A warm pool, a green courtyard, two or three minutes walk to the sea, in general a fairy tale💕 We were very worried that we might not calculate the travel time and miss the flight. It was a little late to apply for a transfer to Arthur, he could not deliver us himself, but he arranged a car for us and we were at the airport in time. Special thanks to you for this 🙏

In June 2024, my 13-year-old son and I were vacationing at the Asya guest house. We were met from the train station and taken comfortably (find out the fares from Arthur). The guest house is comfortable, cozy, European style atmosphere) The pool is very clean, with hydromassage.. There are beautiful sun beds, umbrellas and tables around.. The territory is well maintained. There is a trampoline for children. There is a dining room on site for meals, but there is also a kitchen where you can cook yourself (gas stove, microwave and dishes for eating and cooking) Of course we kept ourselves clean, as they say, clean where they don't litter) The sea is nearby in 2 minutes walking distance, a gorgeous beach. There are two restaurants on the beach where you can also have a delicious meal, and in the evening dance and listen to live music. There are grocery stores within walking distance (a minute walk), a pizzeria. P. S. I express my huge thanks to Arthur, he is always responsive, helps, prompts.. Strict, you can't do without it, but he always goes to a meeting, tells you, helps. We are very pleased that we have chosen Asya's guest house!!!

That's our stay at the guest house 'Asya' is over. We had a rest in July 2024.
The rest turned out to be wonderful. The room was quiet, clean and cozy. The room has everything you need, I would add a kettle and a bedspread to it for more comfort.
There is a separate shared kitchen, a barbecue and a wonderful dining room, where a variety of delicious food is prepared for a reasonable price.
There is a huge and clean swimming pool in the courtyard, a trampoline and a game complex is going to be built.
The beach is a two-minute walk away. Shops, cafes, entertainment.
There is a market nearby.
We took excursions from Angela and Mikhail, I liked it.
Arthur is very polite, friendly, and helpful.
I definitely recommend it!

From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank and say a huge thank you to the owner of the guest house, Arthur, and his helpers for such a wonderful holiday. Everything was just great! The house is simply magnificent! Cleanliness and grooming for 5+! The rooms are very clean, there is a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, towels, hairdryer and toiletries. The territory of the guest house is large and surrounded by greenery and flowers. There is a fully equipped kitchen for cooking various dishes. But most of all we liked the huge pool. He's just gorgeous. Heated, and even with a backlight. In the evening, it's just great! Next to the pool there are sun beds with tables and large umbrellas under which you can hide from the scorching sun. Well, the sea is just around the corner. When we left the yard, we immediately saw the sea, a minute or two and we were on the boat! The sea is clear, the water is crystal clear, like a tear. It's impossible to describe everything, you need to see it with your own eyes. How beautiful it is here! Shops, souvenir shops, a market, everything is within walking distance. And what kind of excursions! It's just Abkhazian splendor, beauty and hospitality. And what wonderful vacationers people are here. We met very good people, they are all different, but so interesting, funny, friendly and sociable. It was very sad to part with each of them. We hope that next time we will come and we will definitely meet with one of them in this guest house. Well, in general, we had a great rest!!! We will miss you very much! We had a rest this year in August and were very satisfied!
Clean rooms with fresh renovation and everything you need in the room: shower, toilet, towels, hairdryer, refrigerator, TV. There are tables with chairs on the balcony and a beautiful view of the territory.
The guest house has a summer kitchen and what was very pleasantly surprised is that it is very clean and cozy, it is pleasant to cook. There is also a cafe where you can have a delicious meal both local cuisine and our usual one. It's the same with the kids.
The pool is large and clean.
The beach is nearby, there are many different souvenir shops and, if necessary, other cafes and canteens within walking distance.

Good afternoon! We rested at the guest house "Asya" at the end of June 2024. The road took no more than 10 minutes from the checkpoint, the sea is within walking distance, the beach is clean, there are many water attractions, there are several shops nearby where you can pay for both cash and non-cash payments. The guest house itself is very clean, the territory is well maintained, and the most important point is that the guest house has its own large and clean swimming pool. The owner of the guest house personally met us at the Sochi airport and through the checkpoint, brought us to the guest house, where they quickly settled us, told us where and what was located. Guest house "Asya" has been pleasing us for 5 years. During this time, we have seen development: cleanliness in the rooms, delicious food in the dining room (thanks to Aida, Niso, Angelina and their assistants!). This year, the pool was also appreciated: clean water, sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, evening lighting... Arthur, thank you!

WE REALLY LIKED THE GUEST HOUSE ASYA.
There is a gorgeous swimming pool on the territory.Children enjoy the evening and afternoon.There is a dining room where you can eat three meals.And there is a kitchen where you can cook by yourself.
The rooms are comfortable, all amenities are available.It is very comfortable and quiet on the territory, less than 5 minutes from the sea.

The freshest snow-white bed linen and towels. Change of linen 1 time in 6 days. Towels 1 time in 4 days. Disposable dental kits, soap, shower gel, shampoo and disposable slippers are also provided for guests. It's a small thing, but it's nice) There is a large new clean swimming pool on site. They don't "borscht" with bleach. There are sun beds and umbrellas.The basik helped us out a lot during the storm and at lunchtime, when the sun is very active, it was nice to refresh ourselves) Near each room there is a table and chairs where you can spend evenings with a bottle of delicious homemade wine, which can also be purchased on site. We rested at the guest house with Asya and her husband from July 3 to 12, 2024, we really wanted to get there, because we were already there in 2018.
