It is very cold in the institution, apparently there is not enough central heating for this building. The kitchen generally wants the best ... it is clear that the owners do not invest in the establishment… And also, it seems that there are no staff there... it can be seen from the restrooms .. we hope that the management will take over the institution after all and it will be as one of the best as it was before!
