I visit the pool regularly and am very satisfied. My family and friends also visited the sauna - the impressions are the most positive. The prices are also very reasonable, and there is also an opportunity to issue a subscription and thereby save extra money.

Great pool. I'm not a big expert on pools, but I really like it here. The price-quality ratio is ridiculous. Because for ridiculous money, I get a great pool with clean and warm water. The new building of the complex. Comfortable changing rooms. Helpful staff. My son and I just love this place.

They didn't let me in, because a pool employee was walking in the women's shower (I don't know what kind of nurse, maybe even a cleaner) and checked the thoroughness of washing those who came to the pool. She didn't like that I was just rinsing in the shower in a swimsuit, it wasn't enough for her, they told me to take off my swimsuit, I was going to do it, but I wasn't pleased and embarrassed when a pool employee stood in the shower and checked how thoroughly everyone was washing with a washcloth and shower gel naked without a swimsuit, they said if I didn't if they won't let me into the pool, that is, the pool employee was going to watch me as I wash thoroughly , I asked for a refund for the session that I won't go to the pool

I've been to swimming pools in different cities, but this is the first time I 've seen this! At the same time, there was no such control in the men's shower, I know since I was with my brother.
I asked for a complaint book on the ground floor at the ticket office, but they didn't give me a complaint book either on the first request or on the second
They said they don't have a complaint book right now and that I should contact the director on a weekday.
I know perfectly well that you need to go clean into the pool, but here the point is different, the employee goes to the shower where everyone is naked, and somehow determines who is clean and who is dirty, I am not pleased and do not understand this . And of course, the complaint book should have been issued on demand , which is already a violation !
