We rented a room with all the amenities, we liked everything. There are also economy rooms. The prices are reasonable, even lower than the neighbors. Everything is clean and tidy everywhere. Through the main entrance you can access the main street of Gochua, and from the back you can immediately exit through the grove to the beach. There is only one two-burner electric stove in the kitchen, it is unlikely that anything will work out. There is a big dog in the yard, which is often untethered and can scare someone, well, he was very good-natured to us. The hospitable host Raul, who often treated the children to something delicious)

Since 2012, we have been vacationing with my husband in Abkhazia, Pitsunda is no exception, my favorite place, my favorite sea, but this is the first time, unfortunately I have to write this review, but not from the positive side, but exclusively from the negative..So, I express my great dissatisfaction with Raul's apartments, although not even so, the rooms will still fit with a stretch and a discount on beds with bedsore mattresses, but the owner has a huge, fat minus, you can't imagine a worse rest..he was constantly walking, constantly checking something, always dissatisfied with everything, without being shy of his guests, he allowed unflattering comments about those who had already left, he examines the rooms under a microscope, then they leave everything dirty, then they break everything to him and the like, no ethics..The dog is generally a separate story🤦♀️lies everywhere,barks at night,rushes in the evening,and for no apparent reason,the owner does not control,there is zero reaction to the request to clean the dog or tie it,and this huge dog sits in the common yard, guards do not understand who,it's scary to go in the evening, she missed her husband every other time,rushing at him..What else from the observations, they ate naturally in a cafe, but the fact is that in the common kitchen there is one Soviet tile with two old comforts, while they warm up, you can die, so do not count on cooking all day, there are not a few guests, and if his Majesty Raul cooks, then everyone should wait, I wish him to get a new stoveto justify the price tag a little and not be ashamed.As a result, don't tell Raul, he answers every now and then: "if you are not satisfied with something, take the money and go away."That's all the hospitality, it was a pity it was August, attempts to find new housing were unsuccessful, they endured and gladly went home.I would like to say to Raul, if you get so tired of the guests by the end of the summer, maybe you don't rent at all, people come to rest, and not to watch and listen to all this.Oh yes, if you are relaxing with friends, then do not expect that they can come and sit with you in the evening, they will immediately kick you out, it does not matter if you are sitting quietly or God forbid loudly, in general, a quiet hour and only a dog can do everything.To sum up, I certainly DO NOT Recommend this place, if there is an opportunity to find another place, then go through, or rather run past this hospitable comrade on Gothua 74, unless you have plans to sit with him on the bench and assent to his displeasures in life, apparently the only way to find a common language with him is to solve To you!!!!One star only for the fact that at 6 a.m. he eventually booked us a place in his rooms, fortunately someone moved out at lunch, allowed us to put our bags in the neighboring chicken coop and by lunch we checked into the room, not suspecting where we were!!!

The Internet does not work, the TV does not work, the lights are constantly turned off, there is no washing machine, or rather there is, but the owner Raul does not allow her to use it. They charge a lot. The whole city is broken down, there is no infrastructure. Everyone is rowing money only into their own pocket. At least the taxes that the state took from them. All that remains after the USSR is wearing it out. Don't set foot in this Abkhazia anymore.
