Everything is not bad: the concept, the interior, the quality. BUT the service is just terrible. Mostly students or even schoolchildren, the quality of service is out of the question at all. I was there 3-4 times and all the time personal matters are loudly discussed by the staff throughout the hall, this is in addition to slowness and lack of politeness
