I would suggest that the management of this service conduct training for employees on how to communicate with customers, especially with those who know little about cars and especially about car electrics. When a client contacts a specialist, he should at least listen to him and not make comments with ridicule. In general, I did not have very pleasant impressions from visiting this service, although I have no doubt about the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the work performed.
