In general, I am very pleased.
They were assembled carefully, the delivery was on time. The assembly guys are very careful, they cleaned everything up after themselves, advised with furniture in the bathroom. In general, BRUMF are excellent specialists in their field

now in order.
I made a pre-order for the kitchen 2.65 * 3.70, at the end of July, having agreed that the countertop should be made of stone and the facade of the panels should be corrugated. I was assured that by the time of the order (and this is September), these options will be available to them. I paid 50% of the prepayment of 900,000 tenge. (Not cheap at all)
In August, the manager called me and asked me to pay another 50% in advance, supposedly to close the plan. We are all human beings, I went to meet you
The end of September, we are negotiating the final project, and it has begun... The dimensions are not as I need, but as convenient for them, they do not have the same fittings that I asked them to put on vertical cabinets (if you want to buy it yourself). Countertops are not made of stone.
The delivery is indicated on the same date, arrived in fact a week later.
Now the assembly is scheduled for tomorrow, and I can't find the ends, at what time and who... The manager doesn't care anymore, as I understand it

The most terrible company was ordered from them because they promised to install it in 10 days. The manager was very kind and wrote every two hours until he received payment. As a result, there are a lot of disadvantages: 1)they don't do it under the ceiling, although we have discussed this 2)they don't do it without handles, although this was also discussed. They suggested push open. Well, I've accepted it 3)the shipment was a few days later. 4)the collector came even later 5) the bottle bottle came broken, we brewed it ourselves, of course, the view was not the same 6) there was no attachment for the dryer 7) the collector did not assemble correctly, then we could not get through to him for several days to fix it 8) the gap between the oven and the cabinet door was reluctant to get in touch all this time after several days of unsuccessful The call manager who initially worked with us disappeared altogether. I regretted a lot of nerves, time, and money so much that I contacted this company. I don't recommend it to anyone. It would have been better if I had ordered from the locals, even if I had waited 2 months, but everything would have been as it should be and the price would not have been more expensive.
