I was at the Boyin Cafe.UZ is with friends and was very pleased. The cafe is located in the Tashkent region, not far from Turkestan. A very good teahouse. Please understand that this is not a restaurant or cafe, this is a teahouse and it is evaluated as an institution of the corresponding segment. Positive:
The rooms have underfloor heating, which means you won't freeze in winter
The service is fast, there was no situation when something was ordered and the waiter got lost or did not bring it
You can bring fruits together and the guys will cut everything and bring it
The Buyin dish itself is very tasty, better than in many places around the city
You can sit with friends relatively inexpensive considering that the main dish is meat
Salads, bread, tea, drinks are all available so you can just order a room and come empty-handed
There is a fountain in the courtyard, which is very pleasant in summer
There is a mosque next to the teahouse, so you can not miss the prayer time while relaxing with friends in the teahouse
Minuses:
The place is remote from the city center, the road will take time
The dishes are not new, but if you are not picky, you will not notice
The water in the washbasin is cold and other shortcomings of the bathroom are perhaps the biggest disadvantage of the institution

We were at lunch on Sunday, there were almost no people. They brought everything very quickly. Although they only asked for tea for the main course, they still brought snacks, flatbread, etc. As a result, it turned out to be a lot of food and not so budget-friendly. But everything was so delicious that we don't regret anything. They took everything they didn't eat with them.
The waiter spoke absolutely no Russian, the guys in the kitchen more or less.

Yesterday, a large campaign of people arrived, booked a booth in advance.
Upon arrival, they asked for tea with lemon and we were simply confronted with the fact that the water would boil only after 20 minutes.
Then they began to take the order, the waiter in a rather rude and indifferent form began to answer that there was no Cola, no Fanta, no achichuk, no garlic, no pepper. I understand that we arrived on a weekday and perhaps the purchase was not made, but that almost everything we asked for was missing...? This is at least not professional. And I'm not talking about the waiter's attitude to customers at all.
The main course (lamb neck) was, as always, gorgeous, at the highest level, but when you arrive, driving through all kinds of traffic jams to an institution that is so far from the city and you pay such a lot of money for dinner, you would like to receive not only a delicious dinner, but also polite, pleasant service and the supply of all additional items according to the menu (Cola, fanta, peppers, garlic, etc.).
I would not like such a good institution to deteriorate over time in the quality of service just because a large number of people come. But later, people will start leaving as soon as the quality is lost.

It's very tasty, the cook has a lot of respect. But the service was terrible, the waiter was a greyhound, young, forgot about everything, carried tea for 40 minutes! According to the reservation, they said come a lot, as a result, they informed us that they had postponed 3kg, when ordering they said again that everything was over, but at the same time they continued to sell takeaway and carry it around the booths, sooo strange attitude towards visitors. We will definitely come back for the neck, but we will not come to sit there because of the terrible service.
