We stayed for one night. Advantages: Near the central station, within walking distance of a shopping street and grocery stores, the relatively inexpensive price per room. Disadvantages in my opinion: a cramped room (very small) and unfinished repairs - specifically, a concrete slab in its pure form - the ceiling.
