I'll give you two stars, because this is one of the two bowling alleys in Gomel. And that's where the advantages ended. The equipment is very outdated. None of the tracks were working properly. In my opinion, out of six. Constant freezes and reboots. From the start, the equipment does not leave several pins. It's just a torment, not a game. If you just chase the balls, then it will go. But the game doesn't work out. I can't say anything bad about the kitchen. Everything is edible. But the maintenance staff, this is the top of unreliability... We had a big table. Everything doesn't seem to be bad. We eat delicious food. We're having fun. But we didn't wait for someone to come up to us and clean up the dirty, empty dishes. I don't talk about garbage at all. These are not waiters, but projectile boosters, and that's if you're lucky. In general, draw your own conclusions. You can come for an hour and burn down the colors a little. But it also burned a lot of nerves.

I can't put more than one unit. We were driving from another city to play bowling. On March 8, the seats were only for the late evening, rather even the night.
Before arrival, we called several times to clarify the order. They never said that the tracks were not working well, not at all.
In the end, it was a ruined evening. They couldn't offer another track. When asked by the administrator, Diana, what is going on, who is responsible for solving this problem and what to do, one answer is: "Wait." What to expect remains a mystery. No one was going to solve the problems, everything would take its course, but suddenly it would work.
Anastasia, the manager, when I asked for the names of the employees who were not going to solve the problem, found a way out.: "I'll call security, we don't have to give names, and you're not allowed to go anywhere!"
All they can do is run around and slam the door, throwing tantrums.
As for the tracks, it totally sucks.
Chairs and tables are bolted to the floor, it is absolutely uncomfortable.
They didn't want to give me a book of comments and suggestions at all. By the way, there were more complaints that day. And the book is full of claims.
My subjective opinion is: if you want to spend time, just not in this bowling alley!
If you have read my review to the end, I wish you a good rest and the right choice of a decent institution.

I've been here 15 years, maybe more, ago. It looks good, but there has definitely not been a full-fledged repair since that moment. We played on the last lane to the exit, the lane did not work at all, never set the full number of pins (at the start, some no longer had 4-5 pieces).
When ordering by phone, no one warned us, although upon arrival the administrator asked if we had been told about this problem.
Considering that we were with a small child and came more to remember what it was like than to play for results, it's generally not bad, but we won't go here anymore.

Disgusting! We ordered a track for 2 hours, of which we just stood stupidly for an hour!
If it were possible not to put stars, then put zero!
Not all of the pins were displayed, and the drunk employee (I don't know who he is listed as) replied, "What difference does it make to you if it costs 10 pins or 5?" The tracks are in terrible condition, the spade line is not working, you can safely go up to the pins and throw the ball! The tracks are buggy, and we spent an hour or more trying to figure out the problems!
After that, when it was necessary to pay for the time, they offered a discount (-20 minutes of time), they refused to carry the book of complaints and suggestions, they said no! After they took out their phone and started filming, they miraculously went to get a book, but there it turns out!
I'm not a principled person and I understand everything, there are different situations! But it was terrible, the staff didn't care about people, there was no respect, drunken employees. What are we paying for?!
We will NEVER come to this place again!!!!

As a visitor to this institution, I give 1 star for the following reasons: firstly, I did not like the quality of the game tracks, their condition leaves much to be desired; secondly, the menu contains 2 completely different pizzas: "BBQ", "Neopolitan". However, our pizzas got mixed up and brought two identical dishes (however, it's worth paying tribute that the waiter informed us about this). Thirdly, the girl who sits at the table at the entrance and gives out bowling shoes showed disrespect in our direction.

Disgusting. There's nothing more to say. The server is buggy, the track is constantly shutting down. Out of 2 hours, we waited for 30-40 minutes until the system rebooted. At some point, all the balls were gone. No compensation, no discount, no apologies. Bowling with friends turned into a lot of nerves and anticipation.
They were given 15 minutes to finish the game, of which 4 minutes were spent waiting.
Nice bartenders. Delicious hookah, good cocktails.
But as a place to relax, we do not recommend it to anyone.

Bowling has gone downhill, if there used to be at least a normal service, now there is no service, no normal game. The employees are silent and rude, and I don't talk about the track at all. We booked for two hours, we decided to cancel the second hour because it is impossible to play normally. In response, there was a slight outrage that we did not want to play the booked hour. The administrators said that they should have warned when booking by phone that something was wrong with the tracks. But it didn't sound like that, otherwise we wouldn't have booked for sure.

The bowling area is in very poor condition. The tracks are constantly hanging, the pins may fall during installation, and 2-3 pins are not initially placed on some tracks. The balls are all broken, some are cracked altogether. The trajectory of the ball is not predictable. The staff is cultured and polite. The karaoke area looks great, there is a TV above each table and everything is very pleasing to the eye. It is not clear why there is such a difference.

The advantages of this institution include waiter service and a good atmosphere in the institution itself, that's basically all. As for the disadvantages, they include the following:
- game tracks hang up and crashes in the program itself, which affects the game time (40 minutes out of an hour were played at best);
- boorish attitude of the staff at the checkout (reception);
- deception regarding the booked time when ordering a track by phone (when talking about it, they either did not ask or forgot to ask, but in fact they recorded 2 hours instead of an hour);
- calculation at the checkout in terms of time spent on the track.
To sum up, this is a good place to spend time with a company, even taking into account the nuances of hanging tracks. However, you need to be prepared for the fact that you may be in a bad mood at the very end of your vacation

I don't even want to write a negative review. Everything is so sad. We ordered the game almost a week in advance, two tracks with sides, as children will play. As a result, we were allocated 2 tracks in different parts of the hall 🫣 Adminstartor...She doesn't care at all. She won't be punished for anything, that's what I was told. + in addition, 1 pin is not placed on one drawbar that we were given, and on the second one it freezes. We are already waiting 20 minutes for the sides to be raised. Children play without them. I'm going to ask 3 times. We were here 1.5-2 years ago, Heaven and earth. The disappointment is complete.

Bottom line: IT TOTALLY SUCKS. The third track was ours. They constantly put on an incomplete set. On the first and second device, which rolls out the balls, it died altogether, and while the master did, respectively, people are tired of waiting, there is no service, there is no finance for repairs or new equipment, close up, why deceive people.
