A must-visit place for nature lovers , the entrance price is quite affordable , there are many places to relax on the territory , there is also a dining room where you can have lunch if you are a lover of long walks and are hungry but do not want to leave

The Botanical Garden is located at the Academy of Sciences of Abkhazia, it is interesting and useful for everyone to see so many plants from all over the world.
Good care and there are signs with names and explanations about trees, etc. There are ponds with lotuses, turtles, fish, etc.
We have to go!

We visited the Botanical Garden in Sukhumi with our family and were satisfied. The park is of medium size, with beautiful and lush tropical vegetation, which creates a pleasant atmosphere for walking and outdoor recreation. A very well-maintained place, moderately wild, with ponds in which fish and turtles swim. There are no rides in the garden, but there are walking paths, benches under a canopy and stumps for relaxing in the shade. Picturesque photos are obtained here, a great place for photo shoots.
