I recently made an order at the boss salmon restaurant and, unfortunately, was dissatisfied with the service. I chose the items I liked from the menu and waited impatiently for my order. However, when I got a call, it turned out that the price for some dishes was incorrect.
When I asked the manager to explain the situation, I was informed that I could make an order again, but at a new, higher price. This decision disappointed me, to put it mildly. The mistake was not on my side, and it was strange that the institution could not fulfill the order for the previously specified amount.
I understand that mistakes happen in business, but communication with customers and their satisfaction must come first.
I believe that in such a situation there should be some solution that will avoid inconveniences for customers, rather than requiring them to spend time on re-ordering.
as a result, I refused my order and left with nothing. I hope that the management of the institution will take note of this and review its customer service policy so that such situations do not happen again.
It's just the best sushi in town. Always fresh, very tasty rice and well cooked, lots of toppings. We've tried everything in the city, and you're the only one left in my heart!!!
