In front of the hotel there is a small tent selling tours, you can buy a SIM card from them, order a taxi, the prices are adequate. Karina, a Russian-speaking girl, works there. Nearby is the Kostya cafe, which is very popular with guests of this and neighboring hotels. The food is average for three, but inexpensive, although my husband liked their soup. In the center on lines 2 and 3 there are more interesting places for food, local and not only, with normal prices. I recommend the Coral chain, if you want local cuisine or fish, the Oriental Comfort restaurant, if you want to eat meat, delicious pilaf, manti, as well as a sea of local cafes and restaurants, you need to go and see. Now about the hotel. Be careful when booking a room, they have rooms with a "limited view", so there is no view at all, a small window on the wall with air conditioning. Watch in advance, so as not to spoil your mood later. The hotel staff does not speak Russian at all, but they communicate perfectly through a Google translator. You can take beach towels at the reception, and they will be assigned to your room. In case of rain, you will be given a large umbrella with the hotel's logo. They clean every day, but you need to press the "cleaning indicator" button, coffee and tea bags are put in the room every day, a kettle and a hairdryer are in the room. The staff is polite and attentive, especially in the restaurant. Overall, I liked the hotel, for the unassuming guests. The guests are mostly Russians and Chinese. On the 19th floor there is a swimming pool, 3 sun beds and a beautiful view of the embankment, but there are always people there, it is rare to find free. We stayed at the BOSS HOTEL 3* from 04/23/25 to 04/02/25 the weather was good at that time, but it rained for 4 days. The room was rented for 3 adults with a sea view. There were no problems with the check-in. In Nha Trang, almost all small hotels are built in columns, with a maximum of two or three rooms.
It was the first time we saw this, and that's why we were shocked for the first few days, but then we got used to it.
The pool is on the 17th floor, and there is also a gym, both in poor condition. The water in the pool is dirty, the glass railings are almost invisible, and the exercise equipment is broken. Of course, there are complaints about breakfast, but we were not hungry, coffee with condensed milk is super, papaya fruits, watermelon, pineapple, small bananas and on the last day there was mango, apparently in honor of the holiday. The hotel itself is not bad, cleaning every day, linen change in 4 days. Bottled water was added every day. There's a cafe by the Bone opposite the hotel, it's not expensive and it's delicious. In general, the location is excellent, shops, cafes, shops with buns and cane juice are all nearby. Across the street is the sea and a green park walking area. The sea is clear, which is amazing for a city. I recommend the hotel for a budget vacation.

I rested for two weeks (from 25.09.2023-10.10.2023) the morning menu did not change. There is one more nuance - the entrance group of the hotel ( high staircase ) But for me it was a plus))) By the way - I paid 24,000 rubles for 2 weeks of hotel accommodation (Quite an adequate price tag) . Due to the convenient location and adequate price, I will consider this hotel next time as an accommodation option.

The beds are comfortable, the TV without smart TV only with local channels. They clean every day, bring 2 small bottles of water, two tea bags and 2 coffee bags. Towels are also changed every day. I didn't notice any animals in the room. The price tag is nice.

Booking lists it as 4 stars, but there are only 3. The location of the hotel is ideal, it is the very center. But there is no sound insulation in the rooms, you can hear everything from the conversations of neighbors to the eternal night screams of tourists.The room is spacious and bright. But there were eternal problems with bathroom accessories, they were always not brought. In the evening, a line of residents lined up for shampoo, paper and soap, which was very annoying. And the biggest disadvantage is the air conditioner aimed directly at the bed, it blew very strongly, and there is nothing to happen without it! It was made specifically to waste less energy. They only give one key, which is very inconvenient. It is suitable only for young people, it will be difficult for families with children.

Everything is good: kind staff, cozy room, the hotel itself is spacious. The only thing that is not so good is breakfast. Personally, we are not used to eating potatoes with meat or noodles for breakfast (delicious of course). But in our humble opinion: breakfast should be light so that people eat and do not overeat early in the morning. And finally: it is better for the guests themselves to learn English. The staff themselves are unable to and they can be understood, because for them Russian is like their Vietnamese for us.

If you like to relax on your own, then in the basement of the hotel, you can rent a scooter (prices are acceptable, technical condition is good)
To sum up, I can say that the hotel is good!Of the disadvantages, only the presence of Chinese tourists can be noted...Anyone who has ever rested with them will understand me...Very noisy!They wake up early, walk around on their own, slam doors...in general, they are restless companions and periodically they need to be reminded that they are not alone in the hotel...But in fairness, it should be noted that there are a lot of Chinese people in Nha Trang and in which hotel there are more and in which there are fewer, you won't guess ...

When we left this hotel, they didn't want to return our passports. They said that we ate potato chips, which were supposedly on the table in the room.
But we didn't take anything from the table. Those chips weren't there at all.
The passports were given back only after we paid the money for the uneaten chips. By the way, they didn't even give us the change from the amount they demanded. So they ruined all our impressions of this hotel.
And the entrance doors to the room there are so thin that you can hear the doors banging, talking, and even any rustle can be heard in your room.It made it very difficult to sleep.
