I made an appointment for repairs in advance. Before leaving, I called to confirm the recording an hour in advance, because I asked to leave work, they said that everything was OK. I had to wait 40 minutes to arrive. It was necessary to change the rear shock absorbers and stabilizer bushings. During installation, it turned out that the master receiver forgot to buy dust covers (the usual ones do not fit them). Not only has the master receptionist not ordered the spare parts, but they don't know what they are! One of them specifically approached the car's foreman and asked if we could put dust covers on the shock absorbers... I'm shocked. When paying, they roll out an invoice for 2000 to me, to my question, where did this price come from, both masters started playing the game support each other, deceive the client: one asks the other, "We have a replacement of shock absorbers for 3 normal hours?" The second one plays along with him, "Since we have the installation of ORIGINAL amorths." I haven't seen such clowns for a long time.)) I HIGHLY do not recommend this car service to anyone!

Completely ignoring the client's claims. They do not bear any responsibility for their work. I've been working for Cosmonauts for about six months. I can make a quick appointment at any time convenient for me. But when I contacted the error on the catalyst and the loss of car power, Master Sadovikov assured me that the problem was not in the catalyst, but in the laying of the oil channels of the internal combustion engine. By replacing them, the problem did not go away and it did not get better.They shrugged off my claim that I had told them for making a mistake on the catalyst. They said that if you have any complaints, call the customer service department. But they also sympathized with me and told me to write a written complaint. Since they only "recommended" that I replace the oil duct gasket and did not insist (it was my own fault). I sincerely hoped that I had found a good service with a good location and decent service. But I was deeply upset. And all those letters that they send to the phone about caring for the client, unfortunately, are not supported by anything...

I do not recommend this service, people do not know how to repair cars, changed the clutch kit did not say that you need to sharpen the flywheel as a result, strong vibrations when starting, dented the bottom of the car!!!! They don 't know that there are special places for jack paws!!!! They did not tighten the bolt on the manual transmission!!!! The warranty does not work!!!! You will redo it at your own expense !!!!

I had the temerity to go there, it was necessary to change the hub bearing, the selection of spare parts is very narrow, because they have contracts with certain suppliers. The spare parts themselves are expensive. The cost of work is almost the same as everyone else's, but the last straw was that when replacing the hub bearing, the ABS sensor may be damaged or fail., okay, everything may be, the car is 10 years old, the ABS sensor that will need to be changed is not subject to return to the supplier, because it is not a returnable product, it turns out like this If the master orders the wrong sensor, it will all fall on my shoulders. After this presentation, I took the car and went to the AvtoVita service station, as a result, it turned out to be 50 rubles cheaper for work and for the bearing, the choice of spare parts is huge, and their spare parts are returnable. I do not advertise AVTOVIT service station, this is purely my opinion, draw your own conclusions, you need to monitor everywhere. In addition to the above, it was necessary to wait a week for a Bosch Auto Service spare part, and the next day for an AvtoVita service station.

When signing up for an oil change beforehand, I did not expect that I would have to wait almost an hour from the appointed time (I can understand + 10 minutes). At least another 20 minutes of work, and instead of the expected 20-30 minutes, you would have to spend more than an hour on the whole procedure. Moreover, I didn't get an answer on the phone - no one picked up the phone.Therefore, I had to waste time and personally stop by. I will try another service.

He has been a regular customer of this service for three years. All the repairs carried out were at a high level until excellent craftsmen resigned from this "corporation". After repairing the generator, the master found worn brake pads and discs that had been changed LESS THAN a MONTH AGO. After the question "How did it happen?", they apologized and said that everything was fine. The master who was repairing the generator discovered a steering wheel backlash that no other master could see during the delivery of the car. After removing, repairing and installing the generator, they reported on the necessary replacement of additional parts of it also during the delivery of the machine, which means repeated payment for its dismantling. Earlier, during the repair process, they constantly called and warned about the need to replace / repair additional parts. Now they are informed when issuing a car. If it is impossible to get through and leave a request on the site, they call back, at best, in a day! Bottom line: from excellent service, this office has turned into a garage workshop "At Uncle Vasya's."

I do not recommend it! This service station was advised to me, but.... I thought to figure out the problem of the car, as a result, they made a diagnosis and the car was idle for almost a week. They never started repairing it, they were fed breakfast, they had to pick it up and go to another service station.

I came to the suspension diagnostics, indicated that it was working properly, replaced everything that they indicated, then went to the camber / convergence, and they told me that I had a huge axial backlash of the hub bearing (I really checked it myself). the car did not drive after them, but was repaired. How the car mechanic did not notice this is not clear, but he pointed out that it was working properly.

At 16.40 I am already in place and I check with the clients that they are scheduled for 17.00, I approach the administrator, in response: stand and wait now, only a car has signed up for 17.15. Question: I couldn't be recorded on the phone when I called at 5.15 pm? I stand until 17.45, I understand that the car takes 15 minutes and 3 cars should have stopped by, but for some reason six cars stopped by. In general, I come up and they tell me that everything is fine, everyone takes turns and I can wait for an hour, two and three and in general I may not pass!!! What not to warn about it in advance, in response I get "well, that's how it is with us", but I don't want to be like everyone else, why should I waste time if I can go through another service!!! What kind of approach is this? Stand until 20.00 and they will tell me, well, it didn't work out for you, try it the other day. The result was that the next day I went to the state enterprise on Ya. Kupala, unfortunately, it is impossible to write the names and took turns in 40 minutes.
