Nothing changes - the service is at zero, the prices are cosmic, there is no road, everything is unkempt.We went fishing here- (fishing service is listed in the price list-3000 tenge per person)Not a single fish was seen in this swamp.And the administrator said that there is a pike, carp, carp.How else do you have the conscience to sell what you don't have?The lake is overgrown with mud and greenery and has turned into a swamp in which four artificial ducks are <sitting<(dummies).

We celebrated the graduation of the junior classes in 2017. Outdoor recreation with elements of cultivation. Mosquitoes are everywhere. Especially in the evening. The stinky swamp, where I never dared to dive, despite the alcohol and the heat. They promised a pool on the street, but provided a pool in the sauna, for an additional fee. The owner is not worried about investment and development. It's a pity. In our city, where the last water park and the Maksal recreation area have disappeared, you would have no equal.

I'm from Karaganda. I wanted to see some cool places in Semey city. My friends suggested this place, I wrote by number. After a few attempts, they still answered me. I do not know the admin or the reception, an adult woman in a very unpleasant way "insisted" on staying the night. I refused. We wanted to rent a comfort room for 12 hours. As a result, they were removed, everything was decided on time, and the sauna was booked. But it wasn't there, on the day of our trip, by 9 a.m. the same woman calls me and recommends not to come (because there is no light). In turn, I explain that I am from another city, and we have already gathered the children, and that we really want to relax at the base. "As you wish," the administrator says in a dissatisfied voice, and we leave. As a result, half an hour later she calls me again, and persuades me to reschedule for another day. I'm already getting tired of this pressure, and I strongly say that we have already left, to which she also had the answer "you can always come back!". But we didn't want to give up. "The contract is more expensive than money," and then she ... throws the phone🤦🏻♀️ as a result, we arrived, of course there was light, the promised bar, there was no hookah (well, okay), I had to ask and beg to sell water or drinks (since ours were used up). A man was walking around tipsy, it seems he works there, who could not be found out (although I was interested). We also arrived an hour later at the base of the agreed time, and left an hour earlier. When leaving, they noticed how other visitors did not want to settle for a while, complaining that they had to come another day, there was no need to stay today since half of the day had already passed. I think the hosts need to think about the hospitality and sociability of the receptionist. Now to the pros: 1)clean room, clean dishes, no excessive smell (I think the merit of the cleaning (cleaner) ⭐️ the pool is quite large, the sauna is with dry steam , but it is hotly heated. 2) the attributes of the USSR are very interestingly selected 3) The room is spacious. Minuses : 1) again, politeness is suspended at zero 2) the roads are terrible 3) the unkempt yard, trees, small debris, drink bottles and mosquitoes with flies are fearless. 4) the absence of a bar, (I believe that at least 3 visitors, at least 30, everything should work normally, these are also people, this is your money, these are potential regular customers, and recommendations. That's all.
