I drove a child in May. I talked to Jamshid on the phone - a polite coach. We came and were greeted by Jamshid, very professionally and warmly. And then the woman manager came and ruined everything. She looks like I'm her enemy, she's very cold and asks questions. She repeats her rules several times, although everything was clear, but no, sometimes these rules are more important to her than clients and their purpose of the visit. After class, she asked again if we had left the key in the lock, where we put the towels, and so on, she wanted to make sure that all the rules were followed, just like in prison. Zero attention to parents, zero interest in what our goals are from classes, zero questions about the child (what can, what can't, which child, And so on). The center and the coaches are good, but we're not rushing in here because of her. The very harmful environment has created a toxic atmosphere there. Sorry…
