The meat is chopped, tender, juicy, the taste of the spices is awesome, and cumin and coriander and garlic, I remember my grandmother in the village with sausage from the oven and the aroma of the whole house. The products of the Borisov meat processing plant are simply super! We took sausage: boiled, smoked, dried, and stewed meat - I liked everything! It's a pity that you can't buy these products anywhere in Moscow.
