We stayed at this hotel from 06/21/24 to 07/22/2024. The hotel is not new, part of the main building has been completely decommissioned for renovation, as well as the second restaurant. The furniture has already been worn out by time, but all the disadvantages of this hotel are covered by the attitude of the staff to each guest. I have never met such attentive staff anywhere else. They fulfill any whim, you just have to ask. There is a local market within a 10-minute walk, where you can find a pharmacy, fresh fruits, souvenirs and clothes. Despite the first impression (it was bad), I want to come back here. Thanks to the staff!

+++ The location is great. Far from the city, sandy beach, amazing sea. A large area. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning can be turned on for heating, which is extremely important in the off-season. There is a gym and an indoor ping pong table. The breakfast is weak, but the food on the menu is very decent and tasty. When transferred to a buffet, the quality of the food drops noticeably. The staff is trying very hard. - - - There used to be an Iberotel, we have been staying for the 3rd year in a row. Apparently, they sold it to another owner because they changed their name. The main building has been undergoing repairs in the left wing for several years, apparently there are not enough funds. They settle mainly in chalets on the shore. The rooms are shabby, the condition of the electrics is alarming, many sockets just fall out. Plumbing is also worn out, a colleague's hot water hose burst at night, it's good that he didn't sleep and the engineer himself was able to react instantly and turn off the water, otherwise everything would be flooded. I would like the equipment to be checked regularly, and not on the fact of breakdowns. There used to be very well-groomed lawns, now the grass is completely neglected, withered in places. The tennis courts on the street have been converted into a paint ball...

It's not a bad place to get access to the sea. We come from Alexandria, the beach pass costs 300 pounds per person, by the summer of 2023 they threaten to make 400-500 pounds. For this money, you can use the beach and swimming pools. The hotel says it's five stars, but it feels like three. It's time to renovate. In general, we consider the place as an option for a couple of days. There are waves on the sea, many do not swim.
