It's a terrible place, prices are rising almost daily, conditions, deposits, anarchy is covered by the word "internal politics". There are laws on consumer rights, but they are completely not respected here. They require a deposit for food, but the tables are dirty, the chairs are unstable. The so-called shower is just a nightmare, mold, at least the curtain was hung, the pallet would be concreted, you don't know how to rinse the body, there is a queue for the shower and everyone is watching.
