Quiet, cozy, calm. The center is not very far away, if you like to walk, you can easily reach it. Within walking distance of the Sas department store, opposite which is the church of Gregory the Illuminator, you can also walk to the GUM market, where delicious fruits and vegetables are sold. If you don't really like walking, then Yandex taxi will take you for very little money wherever you want. Well, special thanks to Arpina, who taught me where it is better to change money, and where to buy a SIM card, and which travel agency is better to contact, and even called me a taxi from the airport and to the airport at her own expense. Friends came to Yerevan and settled here. Positive : It's quiet at night, you can sleep. There are department stores, pharmacies nearby on Nardosa Street, and there is a GUM market nearby. Minus: it's hellishly hot in summer, there are no trees
