I immediately thought that a kind of roast beef was being used, which was confirmed. I noticed that the waiter did not write down an order for three people, but remembered, while having time to discuss, answer questions and give recommendations. As a result, I never made a mistake. In general, the result is that I definitely recommend the restaurant to visit The Only wish, to serve sour cream separately for first courses like borscht and kholodnik, so that it is possible to adjust the amount.
