It's a very cool place in Pinsk. The prices were pleasantly surprised, good, tasty, interesting dishes at very affordable prices. I would like to mention the interior and the placement solution separately - super!! The building looks small from the outside, but when you get inside, you're surprised at the scale. Wonderful guys, or rather, a good waiter named Alexandra, is friendly to the restaurant's guests, talks about the city with joy and willingness, and is very customer-oriented.
It's nice to be in this place, the food is delicious, the service is excellent, I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!!
PS they also gave me a couple of glasses of local tincture as a compliment

Dog friendly!
The staff are friendly, the interior is spacious, fresh, clean, and the service is fast.
But questions about the kitchen. We took two dishes.
- Tagliata with cauliflower. The cabbage is frozen in its original form and then cooked, you can feel it, it has retained its shape, but not its taste. A chicken is just a chicken, there's nothing to say about it. It is not a dish of restaurant format and taste.
- Pizza with parmesan cheese and bacon. And it seems that all the products are fresh, there is a lot of bacon and the waiter took into account the wishes for the yolks. But everything is a little short [...]; parmesan is not the same at all; the basis of Italian pizza is a thin, toasted dough with a crispy crust, it was not like that here. Pizza is quite good for an inexperienced customer, but if you have traveled around Italy and tried pizza in different regions, shapes and flavors, you will understand what it is about.
Everything seems to be fine. But the food is at the level of an inexpensive cafe, not a restaurant with such a price level and interior. The picture and the exterior are much better than the content so far.

We recently visited the restaurant "Bona Sforza", and it was a real celebration! From the very moment we entered, we were greeted by a friendly team, and the cozy atmosphere immediately created the feeling that we were in a special place. The restaurant's menu is varied and thoughtful — there are dishes for every taste.
I would like to say a special thanks to the waiter Ivan. Ivan took real care of our wishes, told us in detail about the menu and recommended several dishes that we really liked. We visited this establishment and it was the best choice in Pinsk. The cuisine is lovely, as are the drinks we were offered. A wonderful place near the historical center of the city. Mediterranean and Eastern European cuisine in the author's execution. The rating for the kitchen is solid 5. It is clear that much attention is paid to the quality of the products. Now for the dishes that I have tried. Borscht is excellent in quality of execution and taste. A separate charm is given by beef smoked either in a smoker or in a ceramic barbecue-style grill. Beef cheeks are also a great performance, excellent beef, high-quality demiglas and a moderate amount of spices. Salad with roast beef - again, high-quality ingredients and excellent execution. I immediately thought that a kind of roast beef was being used, which was confirmed. I noticed that the waiter did not write down an order for three people, but remembered, while having time to discuss, answer questions and give recommendations. As a result, I never made a mistake. In general, the result is that I definitely recommend the restaurant to visit The Only wish, to serve sour cream separately for first courses like borscht and kholodnik, so that it is possible to adjust the amount.

A great place to end the evening after exploring the city. Excellent atmosphere, beautiful interior, unobtrusive music, a small menu with the right selection of dishes, very interesting cocktails with a beautiful presentation. Pavlova dessert and beef cheeks - ❤❤❤❤❤. And the unexpected appearance of a small high chair for a handbag is just something in an incredibly cultured language! In my opinion, you are a level above many metropolitan establishments!

Alas and ah, this institution did not meet the expectations of the word at all. Unfortunately, the company of 13 people was dissatisfied with almost everything (very, very long service, admittedly polite, but we had a pre-order for dinner and alcohol! When we arrived, the dishes were ready, and the drinks (water, alcohol) had to wait about 20 minutes. The hot dishes were also waiting for a very long time! One waiter served the ENTIRE second floor, where absolutely all the tables were occupied! Most people did not like the dishes, the dishes were surprisingly wrong, the bill was carried for half an hour, it was very hot in the hall, the waiter did not hear the requests. As an apology, the waiter brought a tincture that tasted like regular compote. We really wanted to have a good time, but the company was not satisfied with the word at all!

It seemed to me that this is the best place in Pinsk: a very good, thoughtful menu for breakfast and for the main part of the day, adequate prices, modern cozy interior, fast service and hospitable waiters. Mushroom cream soup with chanterelles is fantastic! Shakshuka by 4 (she was sorely lacking the original spices, garlic and tomato paste). The borscht is good.

Tar-tar is delicious but too spicy for me... The sharpness burns off the delicate taste of the meat.
Plus (according to my wife, I liked it on the contrary) the slicing is slightly too large, which is why it was not very convenient for her to eat it.
The roast beef on the dranik was just overexposed, and the dranik itself was quite mushy, obviously lacking texture...
But for cocktails, I like it. They were excellent, as was the general service.
But the food didn't impress me at all.

I admit, we've been to Bona Sforza twice. We just liked it here so much, we didn't want anything else. The friendly staff came to meet us every time. Appetizers and second courses were served to everyone in equal parts. I want to note that when we go to restaurants, we often practice this, sometimes we just want to sample more dishes. And how to do it? Just split it up.
In the restaurant from Monday to Friday from 13.00 to 17.00 minus 20 percent on the main menu, this is a good discount. The service is undoubtedly at its best, maybe it is not so fast, but at that time it was only to our advantage. We rested, discussed, and made new plans.
Picking up the restaurant menu, you will read on the title:

I spent my birthday in bona Sforza, pleasant and helpful staff, pleasant and cozy atmosphere, I'm not afraid of this word, great food! The price is fully justified, in my opinion the best cafe in the city!
