Excellent company , they helped with the trip , explained everything , the drivers were very patient , attentive . Thank you very much to the driver Anatoly , a very good man is a rarity nowadays . We wish everyone an easy road with such drivers !!!!!

We were traveling from Moscow to Moldova. Four people were dropped off at the Latvian border. Everything was in order with the documents. The reason was not explained. The money for the ticket was not refunded. The drivers didn't even try to help the passengers. They didn't warn us before the trip that they just might not miss it, but they took 100% of the money. It would be correct to pay the full amount after crossing the border. Be careful to clarify all these questions.
