Nice bright room, great view, everything you need. Minus for the sewer incident, but the staff quickly decided everything. The location is excellent for a tourist

For that kind of money, a very nice apartment. The view from the window is amazing, the loggia is just huge, there is everything, and everything is clean. The only negative is the noisy plumbing that pumps water every time the tap is turned on and it is very noisy.

I really liked the administrator. The room is clean, there is everything you need: dishes, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, hair dryer. You can also iron and wash things without any problems. The view from the window is very beautiful.

Nice clean rooms. Not when there were no problems. It is best to book after the fact. Recently, the place has been in great demand and getting here is not so easy. At the reception, the girl always gives tea.

I had a vacation with my child in August 2019. The hotel and the city of Nur Sultan itself left the best impressions.The hotel fully corresponds to the photo, the cleanliness is perfect, the location can not be better. The hostess and the girls at the hotel are very hospitable. The hotel is ideal for families, especially with children.
