The location of this branch is simply terrible!
There's nowhere to park.It's stuffy inside, I wouldn't recommend staying there in the summer.
It seemed that because of the stuffiness, the staff did not want to work.
The cashier who was standing there, just seeing that the child was moody, pretended that she could not find my order "this is when I asked for the bill myself, since all the waiters were standing somewhere in the corner" it took 5 minutes to find my order …
The child was already screaming in his arms because of the stuffiness in the room.

It is so helpful that sometimes it even makes you uncomfortable from the endless waiter's "What do you want, dear". Keep it simple, guys. The summer drinks menu is gorgeous, except for the celery detox.
And bring back the pancakes with cheese, chicken and mushrooms! We went for them!

The food in bon is of high quality. Their staff changes frequently. When I was at the navai branch, the waiters were probably newbies, and that's it. They couldn't get through the order, they forgot some items, they didn't clear the table at all. And one more significant disadvantage, it was very hot and stuffy there.

The most terrible Bon! of all the existing ones! Starting from the veranda and ending with the service. You need to invite the waiter yourself to take the order, and then you should go after the order, remind us that we are here and still waiting for our coffee!
Today we decided to give this place a second chance, and they immediately turned us around at the entrance, it was 40 minutes before closing, and they refused to accept new visitors, they didn't even let us drink coffee 🤦♀️🤷♀️
The network itself is “Bon!” it's great, but the establishment at this address leaves much to be desired and spoils the whole impression.

Delicious coffee. Delicious food.
However, a funny fact. We were asked to leave the veranda with the dog. At the same time, there was an English-speaking citizen with a dog on the veranda and he was not asked to leave. Perhaps they couldn't explain it to him. Perhaps dogs with English-speaking Khazyais are not considered animals by default, but a friend.
P.S. we had almost identical small dogs sitting on our hands)))

I ordered "toast with avocado, ricotta and egg" - I was shocked when it was brought to me.
a piece of bread was thinly, thinly anointed with something green (it was probably an avocado, but it only had color and that was it). One corner of the toast (I'm not kidding!! only one edge, that is, like 2 square centimeters of toast) was slightly anointed with something white (probably ricotta). tomatoes were also promised - there was half a cherry tomato from a jar on the toast (not even fresh). A cold hard-boiled egg was also included (!!!). it cost 44,000
for a long time I have not seen anything sadder and stingier than this creation, I was just ashamed

We love this place with my husband! We do not change our choice in favor of pancakes with chicken in cream sauce, it's just divinely delicious! Plus Esterhazy, we'll try the rest) Cozy, pleasant staff, reasonable prices. I think it's not worth praising everyone's favorite Bon! He definitely deserves 5⭐️😊
