An establishment with a cozy interior.... That's where the advantages end. Maybe the place is really good, but not during rush hour. We came to the cafe with a full landing. The waiters sew up, we waited 10 minutes for the menu to be given, then another 20 minutes for the order to be accepted, and even in the process of accepting the order, the waiter was constantly distracted and asked to repeat the order. The order was waited for 45-50 minutes (tea, rustic potatoes and pizza). At this time, we watched the poor waiters running around the hall and trying to serve everyone. In fact, only one waiter took it out - a young man. The other two girls seemed to be just in the way. The pizza was brought burnt, slightly warm, obviously not only from the oven, and before that the waiter girl still carried it around the hall, because she did not know where to place the order. As an interesting sight, we sat and watched how Caesar salad stood and died on the bar counter (as we understood, this is the distribution zone) for a very long time, the waiters did not care about it at all. Bets were placed when the salad would be picked up, and after 20 minutes it was taken to one of the tables. The dirty dishes were not removed from the table once during the whole time we were sitting. They asked for the bill, waited for another 15 minutes, everyone forgot about us, they could only pay when the husband himself went to the checkout area and demanded payment, and it would be unknown how long we were still sitting. In general, rush hour is clearly not the time to come here. However, after such extremely slow and low-quality service and low-quality food, you no longer want to come here at a quieter time. I put one star for tea with jasmine (advice to the owners of the establishment - buy teapots with a mesh, it's not very pleasant to drink tea with tea leaves), and one star for potatoes in a rustic way. It was of average quality and taste, with a good ketchup. I will not evaluate the pizza - it is difficult to evaluate a piece of burnt dough. It is also difficult to assess the slow service, the indifferent attitude towards guests and the low rate of return of dishes from the kitchen. They also forcibly left 10% for the service, which was not there.

We ordered pizza pasta via express 24, the amount of the check is 354,000 and plus delivery is 19,000. An overturned pizza was brought , the box was sagging . The seals on the other one have been opened. Pizzas and food are over-dried cold, pasta is not cooked, there is no sauce in it or it is also dried. The appeal to these two organizations for the return of food and money did not result in going somewhere to displace. I do not recommend it for ordering. The money was returned
