A very pleasant coffee shop. Cozy and stylish atmosphere and interior, good furniture, without fancy gold and glitter. The barista and waiter are super friendly, there is a sufficient choice of pastry chef, there are croissants.
A great place for a little rest and relaxation.

A great place to have a delicious meal, drink good coffee with a delicious dessert, just spend time with your family or work on your laptop (there is wi-fi).
The portions are huge, the prices are normal, there is no percentage for the service.
I will single out the staff separately. We come here every week, we were here in the morning, afternoon and evening. The staff is always positive and attentive.

Bon! Sairam has the most unsuccessful branch of all!!! If you don't want to spoil your mood for the whole day, don't visit this branch in any case. The cashier is always in the kitchen, I don't know what he's doing there, but waiters, baristas, and even a man from the kitchen take orders for him! The food is completely different from what is prepared in other branches. I ordered a chicken wrap with me, everything is raw, bitter cabbage!!! Three people couldn't figure out where my order was, and the person who took it at the checkout disappeared altogether. They asked for a check, which they didn't give me, and they also started accusing me of not paying for the order.Terrible staff!!!!!!!!!

Bon is generally the best coffee shop in my opinion, but I don't like this particular branch. They don't know how to say coffee. Milk is constantly overheating. How many times did I take a cappuccino, I was constantly burned.
