It's a very atmospheric, colorful place. The food was delicious, the staff was helpful, pleasant, and there are Russian speakers. A lot of pillows, carpets, oriental lamps create an oriental flavor. I visited him on a cold evening and the staff treated me to tea as a compliment, it was pleasant.
