There are several artifacts upstairs. It's okay to climb the steps, random people get in the way, and there are a lot of them. The view from above is beautiful. The place to the room is unambiguous.
It is difficult to convey in words the feeling of being in such a place. I recommend getting there from Tung Chung Metro Station by cable car. Amazing landscapes, views of the city and the bay along which there is an unusual bridge passing into an underwater tunnel and coming out of the water again after 2 km. And of course the temple itself, where the Buddha statue is located, a place of power with extraordinary views of the mountains and the bay.
