A beautiful architectural building from the outside and fascinating inside. I liked the fact that an older Jew came up to us and asked what we were interested in knowing. Any questions could be asked. In turn, he told us about the history of the synagogue and the significance of this place for Jews, starting from the Exodus from Egyptian slavery. We didn't have much time, but it was really interesting to listen and ask your questions. They showed me where to leave a donation for the reconstruction of this place, but they did not demand or impose it. I had a lot of thoughts after visiting and it was beautiful!
You can read about the story on the Internet and in other reviews, but I want to tell you something else. We stood for half an hour listening with our mouths open. Now
Great place , hospitable people . They told a detailed story from the 16th century . The place is touristically passable , as for me . They come in packs for excursions .It's very beautiful from the outside
