A cozy hotel in a quiet location near the center of Tbilisi. The rooms have all the amenities , the plumbing is serviceable , the bed linen is clean , the rooms are cleaned, so it's clean... The hotel is located off the road , due to this, the rooms are quiet. Breakfasts are usual for *** hotels. The hotel staff is friendly. Some of them do not speak Russian, but then they know English, so there was no problem with mutual understanding (I speak English fluently myself).
