A wonderful and cosy place to relax and recharge! Professional staff of 5 young and devoted to their job people are completing each other for customer’s different needs. From the very first second felt as if I am home and felt no embarrasment to hand in my stiff body to Ivan’s magic hands which made my muscles relaxed and feel as if newlyborn. Already made another appointment on 5th of August! I am afraid to become addicted to hospitality, fresh fruits, fresh juice and feeling relaxed, calm and newlyborn. Great job Body Soft! What a luck we have you here in Armenia!

I visited the studio and was absolutely delighted! The interior is very cozy and aesthetic, everything is thought out to the smallest detail — from disposable consumables and dressing gowns to elastic bands for hair.
Special thanks to massage therapist Elena — she's just a magician! So tactful, attentive and empathetic. I immediately felt safe and completely comfortable, no embarrassment. And the moment she saw from my back that I was left—handed, I was just shocked!
The massage was great, the body said thank you, and after the procedure we were treated to delicious herbal tea. I will definitely be back!

I want to share my wonderful experience at the Body Soft massage salon. After a massage course with Elena's specialist, I felt a huge change in my well-being. For many years, I was worried about chronic shoulder and back pain, but thanks to Elena's professionalism and attentive approach, I was able to completely get rid of this problem.
Elena is a true master of her craft! After the first sessions, I felt significant relief, and by the end of the course, the pain had completely disappeared.

I have been looking for a place in Yerevan for a long time that combines the quality of massage and service. Excellent professionals work who do high-quality massage, while the staff is very friendly, there is a shower, your towel, bathrobe, disposable hair bands, disposable combs, linen, very comfortable professional couches with special recesses under the arms, after the massage they offer free tea and treats. In addition to high-quality massage, it turns out such a great service, it was important for me in the studio, I'm glad that I found Body Soft.

Well done guys, we made a decent salon. I won't say that with super-service, for me it's just a normal service by Moscow standards. Their marketing is brilliant — you leave a review, you get a hand or foot massage as a gift. It is clear that after that you are unlikely to write a three or four, especially if the salon is really better than most in Yerevan.
I believe that there are good specialists, but for me personally, the price and quality do not match. I visited a girl (I don't remember her name), and when they asked me how the massage was a few days later, I answered honestly.: I don't see a price-quality match. I don't know why I need to find out the wishes in such detail at the beginning, if they don't come true later. Well, I'm not impressed at all, and I expected a different effect. In Yerevan, for example, there is Perfecta Spa, where massage is better and better for me (and this is the most important thing), the price is twice lower, and the conditions are at least as good. Moreover, there is a hammam and other additional facilities.
They just thanked me for my review, without trying to change anything. Their advertising is of high quality, I see it often. But although I actively recommend good places, and I have a large business audience, I have never had a desire to return or advise here. The prices are too high for such a quality massage, and this scheme did not work for me.
I wish the guys great success and hope that they will consider the feedback.

A wonderful place with a good massage. Cool design, everything inside is as comfortable and thoughtful as possible (you can go to the shower, there are easy-to-clean slippers and a bathrobe for this). Excellent service and the most pleasant and polite receptionist.
I really liked the massage, it was on for a total of 100 minutes. A separate like is quite a lot of attention to the footsteps, which is not often found.
I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a massage in Yerevan. :)
About "reviews are written on the promotion, it's all a fraud" — let's be honest, the promotion was honestly announced by the studio on Instagram. But no one anywhere ever asks to write a laudatory review, they ask you to write a review, anyone. But I honestly felt so good (as I don't always do in St. Petersburg) that I absolutely sincerely recommend them.

In Moscow, I regularly attended a massage, which is a must for an office worker. But for various reasons, I have never been to such a specialist since September 2022. Don't repeat my mistakes!
After a classic 70-minute massage of the back, neck and spine from Garik from Bodysoft, he looked ten years younger, or even a hundred. I was also very pleased with the facial massage, which helps to relax and relieve puffiness.

I had a full body massage today, the master is super! I did everything great! I felt very good during and after the massage. The administrator and the master communicate pleasantly, explain and tell everything. You feel comfortable and calm. They gave me some water, offered tea/ coffee/ juice, fresh fruits, a shower before and after. Everything is very clean, smells good and the interior is beautiful) I really liked it, I will definitely come again!

Excellent massage studio in the center of Yerevan!
I had a massage for 100 minutes, I was impressed. Inside there is a welcoming receptionist, a cozy atmosphere and a stylish design. There is everything you need, at the very beginning they gave you water, at the end they made freshly squeezed juice - well, wow. The massage went off with a bang, the time flew by unnoticed - the body was very relaxed for a few more hours. Massage therapist Kirill is a master of his craft. During the whole massage, he did not take his hands off the body, did everything correctly and washed every centimeter of the body. The office itself is very comfortable in terms of temperature and light, you are well wrapped up and taken care of from the bottom of your heart.
I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

A place for those who miss the service from a previous life (if you know what I mean). Several reminders about the session (per day and 2 hours in advance). Convenient location in the center, there is always a parking spot within a block radius. The interior is clean, beautiful, smells delicious, and pleasant music is playing. Really, everything has been done so that you can turn off your head for an hour or two and spend time with a high. I'll definitely come back. A very friendly and professional studio.
They wrote it down quickly and politely.
I was at Yuri's massage.
I postponed going for a massage for a very long time, there are health issues, plus I was afraid of pain due to clamped muscles.
But everything went great, no discomfort. At all stages, Yuri told me what was going to happen now, gave feedback on the state of the body.
It's great that the studio has the opportunity to take a shower before and after the massage.

I visited Elena's master, I liked everything. At the reception, they immediately give you a bottle of water while you fill out the questionnaire. Next, the master asked about the wishes and problems, and after the massage gave recommendations. The next day, nothing hurt.
The temperature in the room is comfortable, the music is pleasant and relaxing. Tea/coffee/juice is also offered after the massage.

Kirill gave me a sports massage. Before the massage, I asked if there were any pains, allergies, or surgery. I started warming up my muscles, then kneaded my back, buttocks, and neck. I can confidently say that Kirill has a lot of work experience, his technique has been honed to mastery. I took a course of 10 sessions with Ivan. The results exceeded all my expectations: my posture improved, the withers disappeared, and I literally felt that it became easier to breathe, since all the clamps were gone. I also noticed that the swelling had gone away.
The studio itself is very atmospheric, and the administrators are always friendly and attentive. I recommend this studio from the bottom of my heart and plan to return here more than once 🫶🏼
