The hotel staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great. But the room was extremely small. There wasn’t even a room to open the suitcase on the floor. Each time had to move the suitcase on top of the bed to open. There wasn’t enough room around the bed. Also the bathroom is tiny. The shower was about 2 feet by 3 feet. It even felt small with the round shower curtain. I requested to change the room to a bigger one, but staff just pretended to look at their computer and said there’s none available. I was told that near the city center, all hotels have tiny rooms. Which is not true.

I really liked the hotel. Caring and friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, cozy and clean rooms, homely atmosphere. Located in the center of the old town. Almost all the main attractions of Bukhara are within walking distance.

A wonderful atmospheric hotel in the very center. Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts. There is a terrace on the roof where it is pleasant to sit in the evening, admiring the lights of the city. There is also a lovely courtyard on the ground floor.

A cool and cozy hotel. Atmospheric rooms, delicious breakfasts. Pleasant and attentive staff. In the very center of the istric place. Among the disadvantages: poor sound insulation, a small bathroom and toilet, the rigidity of the mattress for an amateur (quite hard)

Of the minuses, a very small bathroom, a miniature shower (for a person weighing 80 kg and taller than 1.80 it will be very difficult to wash), there are bathrobes, but no slippers (but this is not a minus, just for information). Breakfast starts a little late for Uzbekistan, from 8 to 10, and at 8.40 I already had breakfast and at 8.50 there may be a lot of things that were not there initially, especially sad that there may not be cucumbers with tomatoes. We rested in this wonderful place for 3 days, a very cozy hotel with 10 rooms, friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts, everyone will find a dish to taste, homemade food, you can say European, but tea in a teapot with herbs gives a local flavor.
The rooms are small, compact, everything is clean, soap accessories are available. The design of the hotel and rooms in the national style. It's not hot, the air conditioner, which is also available, was not needed. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel for the warm welcome and personal participation in the arrangement and communication with the guests.

Great hotel. The staff is beyond praise . All your questions are being resolved. I had a work trip combined with a vacation, and it was in this hotel that the staff on the client's side, a rarity for Uzbekistan ( there is something to compare it with ).
Authentic room and entrance group . There is a veranda on the top floor. Forgot a personal item at check-out - we got a call)

Great place!
The staff is just great, they always helped and suggested where to go. The rooms are small, especially the bathroom, but for 2 people it's the best. It can be seen that the hotel is new and well maintained. Everything is modern. I advise you!
Delicious breakfasts, there is a place on the roof where you can sit for breakfast + in the evening after walking!

A wonderful and very colorful, modern hotel in the center of the ancient and beautiful city of Bukhara.
We arrived without booking at the booking office. It didn't turn out to be a problem.
They settled in promptly, provided everything they needed.
We were with a small child, and asked if possible to provide a small cot, since the child is used to sleeping separately.
A cot with fresh bed linen was brought almost immediately.
- You will have everything in your Room!
-Towels - full set (Body , Face, Legs)
-Personal hygiene products - good quality, smell and lather perfectly!
- There is A NEW ONE! air conditioning, Hair dryer, Smart TV, electric kettle with tea and coffee set, refrigerator with drinking water! And of course, great Wi-Fi!
-Very pleasant bed linen, a soft mattress on which it is very pleasant to sleep and, of course, soft and pleasant pillows are not unimportant!
There was also a closet in the room)
The service is at the highest level, the owners are very sensitive and prompt to the wishes!
Breakfast is a separate story, there was everything on the table that was necessary and even more. Pastries, Fruits, Cottage cheese, Sweets, Porridge, Eggs, Sausages, and much more. You can have a hearty and delicious meal!
I recommend you to visit! We will be in Bukhara, definitely check in again!

The hotel is very nice, I would like to mention the good rooms, it is always nice to come to a clean and cozy room after a walk. The staff is sensitive and respectful to the guests. I really liked the hotel. The rooms are small, but cozy, everything is written so competently, everything is there, even in other hotels we have something to compare with in terms of area, but somehow it's stupid - everything is smart here. The breakfasts are the most delicious, we also compare them with other hotels. The staff will always help, a birthday cake was baked - it was nice. At the reception it is fashionable to order fruit, a kettle of tea. Location near the old town, near a bunch of restaurants. As I understand it, the hotel was built recently - there is no smell of junk. At the top there is a comfortable veranda, we rested there in November at 25 degrees - to smoke, drink tea.

Not a bad hotel. Attentive service. The perfect location. Very comfortable bed, good quality towels. On the first night the lights were turned off, on the second the water was turned off. But the staff tried their best to solve it somehow. The breakfasts are not bad, the entire assortment is replenished until the very end.
